It has been just 13 days since the PL season got over and it already looks like eternity. After a crazy and an unpredictable FPL season, we now have the Euros starting on June 10th. Fantasy Football managers have something to look forward to. FanTeam have got their crazy €1000,000 prize pool event only for the upcoming Euros with just €20 entry and the first prize taking home a life-changing sum of €200,000.

All you need to do is to pick your 15 players based on certain rules, make some changes in between and aim for the top spot. In this blog, we’ll walk you through the prize pool, team selection rules, and scoring for this mega event and also reveal our team for the event.

The Euro FanTeam tournament is a parting gift from FanTeam to us fantasy football managers, with a €1000,000 event with the winner taking home €200,000 in total. The event is restricted to 7000 entries, so hurry up and join soon.

As of now, there are 6857 entries and there are guaranteed returns if you finish in the top 10377 ranks. Ranks till 10377 fetch €30, which could be a great return for us fantasy managers. As you can see the mega event rules are pretty simple, you’ll have to choose a team of 15 players for the Euros before June 11th, 20.00 GMT. You can join in and make changes to the team until the last minute before kickoff. There are 7 Gameweeks in total- 3 GWs for group stages and 4 for the knockouts- Round of 16, QF, Semis, and Finals. After the group stages, you can make unlimited transfers before GW4(Wildcard). Some of the rules are similar to FPL with one free transfer for each match day up to GW3 and -4 points for every other transfer. There will be 3 Free Transfers for Gameweek5(Quarterfinals) and Gameweek6(Semi-finals). You will have a starting budget of 105Mil. You can put together your team as you wish.

As you can see from the above, the scoring is extremely similar to FPL except for few differences. There are points for the player if the team is winning or losing. There are also points for the shots on target for every player depending upon the position.
