FPL GW1 Drafts with 3-4-3 Formation
Pros of FPL GW1 Drafts with 3-4-3 Formation
- Excellent FPL forwards are emerging in the 7.0-8.0 million price bracket– Jesus, Watkins, Wilson, Nkunku, Jackson, Darwin, etc. Can have one or two among these along with Haaland for GW1. Switch around based on form and fixtures as the season progresses.
- Flexible FPL Team Structure – Can switch to a 3-5-2 formation later if there are good budget options emerging in midfield(5.0-6.0 million).
- You can get in Hojlund easily if he settles in quickly at United and becomes an option.
- Can have a good first-bench option.
Cons of FPL GW1 Drafts with 3-4-3 Formation
- Slightly difficult to have both Salah and TAA in this structure. Or get them later if you don’t own them.
- Can’t have a packed midfield with many great options in the 7.5-9.0 million range- Foden, Arsenal mids, Richarlison(if Kane leaves), Son, Bruno, Rashford, Son.

FPL GW1 Drafts with 3-4-3 Formation
Draft 1: 3-4-3 with Watkins, Jackson
- Mbeumo offers great value and is on penalties as well for Brentford with no Toney, he took the penalty as well in the pre-season game vs Aston Villa which confirms that he’s the first-choice penalty taker for Brentford. Rashford, Saka, and Bruno make up the rest of the midfield.
- Double Chelsea in this draft with both Jackson and Chilwell. After GW1 vs Liverpool, Chelsea have some excellent fixtures and the double-up should come good!
- Chilwell is also on corners getting the assist for Silva’s goal in the pre-season game vs Fulham

- This draft makes 3-4-3 viable even with Kane in it
- Joao Pedro has been really good for Brighton in pre-season in the second striker role, at 5.5 million he offers excellent value
- Matty Cash also offers excellent value at 4.5 Million and is a much safer option than the rest of Villa’s defence. He also picked up a goal vs Brentford in the pre-season game and occupied positions higher up the pitch!

- A 3-4-3 draft with Salah in it
- Julian Alvarez is expected to start in the initial games with KDB only being involved in Community Shield as a sub so far. Alvarez has registered a goal and 2 assists pre-season friendlies.

- A 3-4-3 with Salah + Haaland + Trent Alexander Arnold trio and it’s actually not bad!
- Jackson has been sensational for Chelsea since his summer move from Villareal, he has scored 2 goals and assisted a further 3 more for Chelsea in pre-season so far.
- Only issue is that there is no Rashford. Difficult to have both Saka+Rashford if you already have TAA+Salah+Haaland.
