FPL GW 26 Best Captaincy options
Kevin De Bruyne WHU(H)-WOL(H)
He is back from injury now , he got subbed off early against Arsenal and was fully rested in the UCL midweek game which gives him the highest possibility amongst all City assets to start both games as Cancelo and Gundogan are due rest while Stones gets rotated quite often. He just came out of injury which is a worry, but KDB always has a high ceiling as he is on penalties and set-pieces . He got 14 points Last match he started against West Ham and 13 points in the reverse fixture against Wolves. KDB managed to get a lot of chances before his injury but he didn’t manage to finish most of them. It’s very risky ,but it could pay off if you are struggling with your rank and want to do something different as City always manage to overrun their opponent no matter what.

Wolves were very lucky not to concede against Leeds also West Ham don’t do as well against the top 6 despite the win against Spurs and the draw against Man City the reverse fixture , they got overrun by Chelsea and Liverpool.

Dominic Calvert Lewin SOU(H)-WBA(A)
DCL has been in great form since the Leeds game ,he is having a great season also. He might as well have the best fixtures attacking wise with all the Everton crucial players back for next game .

DCL stats are very good putting the fact that he missed the DGW and only played few minutes in the Liverpool game. Southampton maybe are the worst defense in the league on current form while West Brom improved recently but still they lack individual qualities.

Bruno Fernandes CHE(A)-CRY(A)
The inevitable Bruno is having a DGW, Chelsea may be a very tough fixture especially with the way Ole play against teams but Crystal Palace on the other hand are one of the worst PL teams currently. Bruno is the most inform player in the league right now ,also the highest scorer in the game. Gets points out of nothing like last week. He seems to be in more attacking positions recently than he used be .

Harry Kane BUR(H)-FUL(A)
He looked good in the second half against West Ham were he did shoot a lot ,he is the main threat in that Spurs side , he scored 8 assisted 3 in 11 matches against Burnley while he played 4 against Fulham scored 6 .Good record against both teams, he was rested in the Europa League game , good in collecting bonus so if he scored in each fixture one goal he might end up with 18 points in total .

Burnley and Fulham stats are pretty good but there fixtures were pretty easy can see Tottenham scoring in both and Kane will probably be a part of it ,and with Bale player in the second half of West Ham game Kane no longer dropped deep.

FPL GW 26 Differential Captain
Ricardo Pereira ARS(H)-BUR(A)
It’s a differential to just own him , defenders captaincy might pay off especially in a double game week if you think they can get two double clean sheet. Pereira played as a winger in the Aston Villa fixture despite Rodgers knowing that Grealish was injured before the game also played further forward when he was subbed on in the UEL game. Defenders managed to get the most points in most GWs lately, could he be the one in FPL GW26 ? Two clean sheets and an assist might take him into 18 points .
Burnley and Arsenal are bottom four for xG last 4 game weeks per appearance despite having easy fixtures ,so there is a great chance he gets 2 clean sheets.
My Captain for FPL GW 26
I think Kane is a better shout than Bruno despite them being great options I want to captain Pereira or KDB, I am aware of WBA doing well against Everton so won’t captain DCL. I need a differential captain ,so I am strongly considering KDB but his injury issues puts me off. Strangely I didn’t consider Kane as my captain before writing this blog but I will now. It’s between Kane , KDB and Pereira.
