All Premier League Teams Predicted GW27 Lineups

Arsenal

Arsenal have once again showed they are a champion side after another fairytale comeback 3-2 win over Bournemouth at home. The late winner came from the boot of Reiss Nelson in the 7th minute of additional time.

Odegaard missed the midweek Europa league game and is a doubt due to illness. Vieira could slot in as the replacement. Injury doubts to Nketiah, Trossard could mean Martinelli playing as striker with either injury time hero Nelson or Smith Rowe playing in left wing. Jesus is back in full training and is likely to be eased on as a substitute.

Arteta on the comeback win:

It’s probably the loudest and the most emotional moment that we have lived together. The journey that we’ve been on together and how the supporters and the players are gliding together. Adding into that moment, it’s really special.

Both players missed the Europa League match due to illness and are being monitored currently.

Trossard:

Leandro Trossard can miss out this week after his groin injury last week against Bournemouth.

Nketiah:

After picking up an ankle injury, Eddie Nketiah is also not at 100% to play in place of Trossard in the front three. Arteta is hopeful that he will make the squad though.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa came up with a narrow 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at home after an own goal from the Palace defender Joachim Andersen. Villa now have 2 wins on the trot as they trickling mid-table in the 11th position.

Neto and Mepham picked up yellow cards but no known injuries and suspensions from the Bournemouth camp.

Jeff’s touch and go. He’s not done as much as you would have liked but he’s further along than the others so we will make a call on him tomorrow.

On Lewis Cook:

Lewis Cook is back so it’s good to have him. The rest should be fairly similar to where we were last week.”

Brentford

The last time the Bees were defeated in the Premier League was way back in October of last year and they have managed to remain unbeaten after a thrilling 3-2 victory at home against Fulham.

Janelt vs Damsgaard will be a close call in the starting 11 after Damsgaard had a great game against Fulham.

On Reece James:

Reece has been ill so hasn’t trained today, so he won’t make the game tomorrow.

On Raheem Sterling:

Raheem had a little feeling in his hamstring, more tightness than anything, so he’s looking doubtful for tomorrow as well.

On Aubameyang:

Aubameyang’s had a slight problem with his back, so again he’s looking like he’ll miss the game.

On N’Golo Kante:

N’Golo won’t be in the squad, he still needs some more time to build up. We’re aiming maybe towards the game against Everton, but unfortunately not for tomorrow.

On Mason Mount:

He’s the same as everybody else, he wants to play. At the moment he’s just suffering with a slight injury so he probably needs a little bit more time before he’s available properly.

On other injuries:

Apart from that everybody’s okay.

Crystal Palace

The Eagles had the worst gameweek in a long time after a disallowed goal followed by an own goal followed by the sending off of Doucoure after he picked up his second yellow card in the match.

On Will Hughes:

Will Hughes was sick at the start of the week. He trained today, and we’ll have to see how he feels tomorrow.

Everton

A back-and-forth game saw 4 goals split equally between Everton and Nottingham Forest. This means that Everton have only one win in their last 5 games. Mykolenko missed the match due to illness.

FIVE yellow cards were picked up by the Everton players in the match but no one was injured or suspended.

On Patterson:

[Nathan Patterson] has played another game, but he’s still getting that true match sharpness.

On Calvert-Lewin:

Dom’s around it again with us training. It’s early yet, he’s just got on the grass with us, but he’s done a lot of rehab – the stats and facts – and the way he’s feeling is good. Positive signs that’s for sure.

Fulham

Javi Gracia emphasized on the players’ performances and the personnel and talked about the match against Brighton.

Gracia on Moreno and Sinisterra coming back in training

“They are doing something with the team. Some long-term injured players need a process to adapt and to come back with the team. They are doing something with the team and in the next training session, we will evaluate where they are, if they can help us in the next game or if it’s better to wait.

“I think we need all the players. Of course in the last game we didn’t have many other options to substitute some attacking players but now we are working with more players and I suppose if everything is right in the next training session, we’ll have more options for the next game.”

Leicester City

Three losses on the run for the Foxes after a 1-0 defeat to Southampton away from home. They are only two points clear of the relegation zone in the 15th position. This makes it three consecutive matches where the Foxes have failed to score.

Two yellow cards were picked up by Leicester City including one for Maddison but no other injuries or suspensions.

The only one was Harvey Barnes from our last game. We’re hopeful he will make it. We won’t know until tomorrow. He had a badly swollen ankle so we’ll see where that’s at. Jonny Evans should come into the squad as he has trained all week. That’s good news for us.

Liverpool

Phew! Where to start? Liverpool has certainly turned their season around. The biggest win in their history for Liverpool over their rivals, Manchester United. The FIFA-esque game saw Liverpool score 7 goals against United while managing to keep a clean sheet. Salah, Nunez, and Gakpo scored braces while Firmino picked up a solitary goal toward the end.

Yeah, but I think, all the time, we had a good plan and until now it [didn’t] always [work well]. But he is on his way back, he is back in training, but we will be cautious, yeah.

On Eriksen:

I think he will play, definitely. But I can’t tell now an expectation, but I think his progress in the rehab is okay. It is going according to plan, so definitely we will see him. But not before the international break.

Newcastle United

Newcastle were serious European football contenders for the next season but their campaign seems to have slipped a bit after another loss, this time away to Manchester City. This loss means three consecutive losses for the Magpies across competitions and they are out of the top 5 in the Premier League trailing by one point to Liverpool in 5th.

Four yellow cards were picked up by Newcastle in the match. Joelinton picked up his 10th yellow card of the season and he will miss the next 2 matches against Wolves and Forest.

On Charly Alcaraz:

Charly is doing better. He made training today and we still need to see if he will be in the squad or not. Tomorrow will be the final test. If he is not fit for the game he will for sure [be fit] for the midweek game against Brentford. As I have said, we are learning together and that’s a lesson for him.

Spurs

Despite a 1-0 loss to Wolves away from home, Spurs are really solidifying their spot in the top four but could face a tough fight from Liverpool who are themselves turning their season around.

Kulusevski picked up a yellow card. No other suspensions were picked up by Spurs. Emerson and Perisic are unlikely to make the starting 11 due to injuries.

After the game against Milan, we have Emerson – he didn’t train today. We’ll check him tomorrow. He had a kick and tomorrow, we’ll see if he’s available and can be on the bench. Another is Perisic. Today, he did have a training session, but we need the players to be 100 per cent. For this reason, tomorrow, I will ask him if he’s also okay to be on the bench.

Further on Ivan Perisic:

It’s another situation to monitor. He had a training session today but tomorrow, for sure, I want to speak with him to understand if he’s available at least for the bench.

Other injuries in the camp:
