  • Virgil Van Dijk

PS: Perisic and Zinchenko are not defenders on SPITCH

Reece James is a great option on SPITCH and is averaging 314 points this season with two 450+ scores. He’s in great touch under new manager potter operating in his preferred wing-back role scoring in the midweek UCL game. Alongside James, Cancelo is an equally great choice, even in the manchester derby, Cancelo came away with 235 points and is averaging 315 points this season.

Two premium defenders is an ideal strategy and this week Cancelo and James are the standout options.

While picking up defenders in SPITCH one crucial thing to keep in mind is that there is no clean sheet points. This makes picking the budget defenders a lot more hard as you’re not filtering based on their clean sheet potential. Leicester duo James Justin(₵60) and Timothy Castagne (₵59) have been very consistent over the past few weeks with Justin scoring 284 points in matchday 9 and 388 points in matchday 8 with an overall season average of 241 points. Leicester are playing Bournemouth and the fullback duo should do well in SPITCH this week. Palace defender Mitchell is a really good budget option this week playing against Leeds and costs only ₵45.

Trippier is as always a solid option on SPITCH costing only ₵77, he scored 266 points in matchday 9 vs Fulham and also averages 244 points this season with six 200+ scores showing his consistency as an SPITCH asset. • Rodri
  • Kevin De Bruyne
  • Gundogan
  • Foden

  • James Maddison

One of Rodri(₵180) or KDB(₵200) is always an essential in SPITCH as they are consistently amongst the top points scorer each week. KDB was rested in the midweek UCL game which guarantees his involvement vs Southampton in matchday 9, he scored 405 points vs Man United in matchday 9 and averages a whopping 361 points so far this season. Rodri is also an ever-solid option although he missed the manchester derby due to a minor injury, he was back on the bench in the midweek UCL game which means he’ll start in Matchday 10 vs Southampton

Another option who has been performing superbly well on SPITCH is Maddison. In matchday 9 he scored 629 points and averages 392 points per game costing just ₵98, his average is more than the likes of KDB/Rodri who cost nearly double( ₵200). He offers points through multiple routes from goals, assists, passes, tackles, corners and interceptions.

Martial(₵101) came back from injury in style against Man City scoring 458 points and looks set to start vs Everton, he’s a great punt this week and could haul big. If you don’t want to go all in, you can look at Toney(₵73), and Zaha(₵110) who fall in the affordable premium category.

Goalkeepers for SPITCH Matchday 10

  • Ederson
  • Begovic
  • David Raya
  • Rob Sanchez
  • Jordan Pickford
  • Bazunu

Ederson costs the same as Rob Sanchez, Bazunu which is because of the fact that there are no clean sheet points. In SPITCH the best goalkeeper strategy is to go for players who offer a lot of save and passing potential. Sanchez ticks both the criteria and is a standout option this week.
