Hey, I am @Omar_fpl_ and this is the first blog I write for ALLABOUTFPL.
I have to say that I am more than pleased to start this new experience. In this blog, I will discuss the captains to consider ahead of FPL GW16 deadline which is on Monday at 13:30 UK time.

FPL GW15 & GW16 Rest time for teams:
Before we jump into the captain picks here is a quick tweet that analyses the rest times for teams to see which team is benefitting the most and the ones who benefit the least.
FPL GW16 Captains picks
1. Mohamed Salah vs NEW (A)
Newcastle United are not in great form at all as they appeared in the 2-0
loss against Man city which could have been a lot more while on the other
hand, Salah is at his best form as he scored 5 times and assisted twice in
the last four fixtures excluding West Brom. We don’t need many words to convince you to captain the Egyptian any GW this season leading the top scorers with 13 goals and 4 assists to his name, the only downside is Liverpool having 20.5 rest hours less than Newcastle, but that shouldn’t be a problem since Liverpool didn’t play in the last midweek while Newcastle did.

2. Jamie Vardy vs CRY (A)
Jamie Vardy is on form and he thrives against teams who doesn’t sit back
and defend, so with the past results for Crystal palace and the fact that they are playing at home, they must try to attack and go for the win even if they
they conceded 7 to Liverpool and 3 goals to 10 man Aston Villa. On the other side Jamie Vardy has 3 goals and 5 assists in the past 6 fixtures and has blanked only once.
He has scored 11 goals 7 assists all season and he tends to preforms better away ,and Crystal Palace seem to concede to every striker they play even Joelinton, but there is one big down side which is easily he might be rested with only 50.5 hours rest considering his age and having a good back up as Iheanacho, but he might also play as he is Leicester talisman and points wise they are competing for the league.

3.Son/Kane vs FUL(H)
Nearly essentials Son and Kane play Fulham who have improved recently, but still, they are not a top team and could have conceded against a saints side missing Ings. Tottenham lost against Leicester and Liverpool and could only draw against Wolves so they will be trying to regain their form. I prefer Kane to Son as Kane has penalties on his side especially considering Fulham conceded 3 penalties from the last 5 matches. But it is also worth considering Fulham have the highest rest period between FPL GW15 and FPL GW16.

4. Bruno Fernandes vs WOL(H)
The man is inevitable, he scored 3 goals 2 assists in his last two GWs. He is on penalties and we all know how good he is. In fact with most FPL managers going for Salah captain in GW15, Bruno once again delivered FPL points.
Wolves haven’t kept a since FPL GW7 against Crystal Palace, but they do sometimes drop a great performance against big teams. Bruno also blanked against Wolves the last time he played them at Old Trafford which was his debut game for Man United as well. But with his current form, we don’t see him blank.

5. Kevin De Bruyne vs EVE (A)
Look I know he frustrated you, but he might have got 19 pointers if Darlow
wasn’t there, he is playing Everton who are going to rest some players
and if KDB was against Pickford last night he would have gotten a monster
haul.Would be a differential captain as many will sell.

6. Andy Robertson vs NEW (A)
Newcastle aren’t a great attacking side and Robbo is very attacking and this could be a potential 12 pointer.
Differentials captains for FPL GW16
