FPL GW11 Transfer Targets & Watchlist Based on Eye Test & Stats

Welcome to FPL PAZ’s(Twitter, Do follow him) Transfer Targets and Watchlist, where I highlight the THREE best transfer targets in each position for FPL GW11 and beyond. The goal is to give managers a watchlist for both the immediate Gameweek and future Gameweeks. All picks are analyzed with stats, fixtures, and current form. LET’S GET INTO IT:

FPL GW11 Transfer Targets

Marc Guehi CRY £4.5

Projected Points GW11-16: 19.1

With back-to-back blanks, many managers might be wondering why include a player like Guehi in the watchlist. The simple answer is the great upcoming fixtures that Crystal Palace and Guehi have to go along with his cheap price. Guehi has the 2^nd best schedule for defenders over the next six GWs, giving him a nice floor.

Guehi is also nailed for Palace and 0.5 cheaper than Andersen, which allows you to upgrade other areas of the squad. Lastly, Guehi rotates well with cheap midfielders such as Palmer, which allows managers to have a good team structure. With amazing fixtures, cheap price, and nailed for the 8th-best defense in the league, Guehi is a good defender to bring in GW11.

Key Stat: Palace have 4 clean sheets from 10 games so far which is the joint 2nd highest among all the teams in the league. Only Arsenal(5) have more clean sheets than Palace.

Hwang Hee-Chan WOL £5.5

Projected Points GW11-16: 23.3

FPL GW11 Transfer Targets- Hwang Hee Chan

A player who has gone completely under the radar is Hwang Hee-Chan despite five attacking returns in his last 6 GWs. Mostly due to playing for the perceived low-scoring Wolves side, many managers, including myself, have ignored the Wolves man. Moving forward, Hwang Hee-Chan is a good option to bring in as a budget enabler, as Wolves have the 2^nd easiest schedule for attackers over the next six GWs. Hwang Hee-Chan also has great underlying stats for his price, with a 0.56 xGI per 90 Minutes. With many managers trying to fit in the likes of Son, Watkins, Saka, Salah, and Haaland into their FPL teams, Hwang Hee-Chan is a great budget enabler and surely on my watchlist.

Disclaimer: Pedro Neto has been injured and is ruled out for couple of weeks. This is likely to impact Wolves attacking output and also Hee Chan’s attacking returns.

Darwin Nunez LIV £7.4

Projected Points GW11-16: 24.8

With a goal and an assist in GW10, Nunez rewarded the managers who brought him in with a nice 10-pointer. Darwin still remains a player on our watchlist as his upcoming fixtures are great, and Darwin’s underlying stats are too good to ignore. Liverpool and Darwin have the 9^th easiest schedule for attackers over the next six GWs, which includes a mouthwatering fixture against Luton this GW.

Darwin has an insane 0.95 xGI per 90 minutes, making him one of the most explosive options in FPL when given the minutes. With good fixtures, explosivity, and chaos, Darwin is the perfect pick for those high-upside-chasing managers.

Big Chances/90 minutes(Since GW3):

Wilson- 2.41
Darwin Nunez- 2.30
Haaland- 2.25
Isak- 1.75
Watkins- 1.29

As seen above only Wilson has more Big chances/90 minutes in the entire league than Darwin since GW3.
