With 5 game weeks “Potentially 6 for some teams” FPL managers are now entering the final and crucial stage of the season. The phase we are all entering into must be focused upon each FPL manager’s goal: Top 500 – Top 1k – Top 10K – Top 50k …etc. Or even winning your mini-league rivals. In this article, I’ll be focusing on the Best FPL Forwards who are expected to secure some points per their upcoming run of fixtures as well as their underlying stats, and also i will be covering why I chose those players with respect to some of their opponents defensive numbers that we may rely on.
Premium FPL Forwards : >💰 7.0
Harry Kane 💰 11.8 – TSB: 44.7 %
Upcoming Fixtures: SHU(H) – lee(A) – WOL(H) – AVL (H) – lei(A)
As you are reading this topic at the moment, Harry Kane sits on the top of the EPL scoreboard and assists this season scoring 21 Goals combined with average 27 passes per match with a pass completion rate of 70% resulting 13 assists
A quick look on the English Striker stats during the last 6 Gameweeks:
Goals/Assists: 5/0
Mins Per Goal Attempt In Box: 34.5
Mins Per Shot On Target: 49.9
Mins Per xGi: 97.4
Goal attempts(Inside the box ): 22(13)
Spurs will face the 3rd , 6th and the 10th worst defense in the entire league the next three games Sheffield , Leeds & Wolves respectively
The below tables showing the poor defensive stats for Sheffield vs Leeds vs Wolves the past 6 gameweeks:

Calvert-Lewin 💰 7.5 – TSB: 27.2 %
Upcoming Fixtures: AVL(H) – whu+avl(A) – SHU(H) – WOL (H) – mci(A)
Everton is one team whom are expected to have a double game week, As per @BenCrellin, The below table is showing the potential fixtures for FPL DGW35.
If the above is confirmed then Everton is facing whu + avl and ( away from the Goodison park ) followed by SHU and WOL at Home
DCL is not having his best period for the past few weeks, however lets try to dig into his stats [ GW1-GW20 vs GW21-GW33 ]:
Goals: 11 vs 3
Mins per attempt in Box: 36.5 vs 52.4
Mins per shot on target: 59.8 vs 76.2
Mins per Chances created: 187 vs 168
xG Non Penalty: 10 vs 4.09
The below heatmap clearly shows that Richarlison might become the new target man for Everton due to his presence near the penalty areas more than DCL.
To conclude, I am still picking DCL as fixtures against Aston Villa, Sheffield and wolves will not have enough space for Richarlison, and here will come the old role for DCL.

Patrick Bamford 💰 6.5 – TSB: 43.6 %
Upcoming Fixtures: bha(A) – TOT(H) – bur(A) – sou (A) – WBA(H)
The Leeds striker is the 2nd best scoring forward with 14 Goals and 7 Assists in 33 games achieving 165 points. Bamford -In my opinion- one of 5 best players in the league this season with respect to their lower cost 5.5 and now on 6.5.
Although it is a short period and not fully expressive, let’s have a quick look at Bamford’s stats with vs without Raphinha [ GW 30-31 vs GW32-33 ]:
Goals / Assists: 0/1 vs 0/0
Mins per Chances created: 28 vs 90
Mins per attempts in the box: 56.5 vs 36
Mins per shot on target: 113 vs 180
Mins per touch inside the box: 16.1 vs 20
The numbers are quite similar with no huge gap except for the chances created and shots on target. By looking regularly with the joint attack [GW20-GW30], FPL managers will find the numbers they are looking forward to land Bamford in their starting XI:
Goals / Assists: 4/4
Mins per Chances created: 81
Mins per attempts in box: 38.8
Mins per shot on target: 89.8
Mins per touch inside the box: 19
Accordingly, With the expected return of the Brazilian winger and the good run of upcoming fixtures for Leeds, I believe that Bamford is essential in our XI.
