Players to Consider on an FPL GW38 Free Hit:

- There will be plenty of rotation/players benched in GW38 as most teams will have nothing to play for and will see GW38 as an opportunity to give a chance to fringe players who did not get a lot of minutes during the season. Have an eye on Press Conference updates.
- There will be lots and lots of goals in GW38. GW38 usually sees more goals than an average Gameweek due to obvious reasons. 3 at the back is the way to go in Free Hit
- With all the games kicking off at the same time, there is likely to be lots of early team news. Make sure you follow these accounts and have the notifications turned on. Be ready with alternate plans as the team leaks are likely to come only in the last 10-15 minutes before the deadline.

FPL GW38 Free Hit Draft 1
Overall a stable draft with Maddison, Vardy and Bowen being the low EO punts to target for the last gameweek of the season.
Since GW32, Jamie Vardy is 3rd amongst forwards for xG(3.33) with only Wilson and Haaland registering more than Vardy. Leicester will need a win and will go all out against a West Ham side who will rotate a bit keeping the conference league final in mind.
Vardy is also strong aerially and the Hammers are a bit shaky in defending headers conceding 26 headed goal attempts in the last six games, most in the PL.
Kane as a captaincy option for the final game with the Spurs eyeing for atleast a conference league spot for next season.
FPL Gameweek 38 Captaincy Poll
The metrics had a 30/38 “returns record” last season and so far has a 30/36 “returns record” this season. Do vote in this week’s captaincy poll and this week’s captaincy metrics will be done based on the top five players in the captaincy poll
FPL GW38 Free Hit Draft 2
Maddison in the last five games has an xGI of 5.0, that’s right he’s registering an xGI of 1.0 per game which has resulted in a goal and three assists. He has created 4 big chances and has had 4 big chances himself during the period showing good goal-scoring and assist potential. Madders has great haul potential in him against West Ham!
West Ham also have conceded 27 chances through the middle in the last six games which is 3rd worst in the PL during the period, great matchup as well for him and Vardy!
Odegaard is the highest-scoring Arsenal asset and the 2nd highest-scoring midfielder in FPL this season. The Arsenal captain will look to end the season strongly against a Wolves side who have already confirmed PL safety. He also has an amazing matchup with Wolves conceding the most chances(30) through the middle and this is where Odegaard operates.
Rashford has been mentioned in both the drafts, but he is likely to get a rest ahead of the FA Cup finals as he just returned from injury and illness. Eze/Mcneill/Odegaard/Trossard are all good punts to take for GW38.

FPL GW38 Free Hit Draft 3
- Slight safer Free Hit Draft for managers who don’t want to take the Haaland risk and predict that Haaland will start in GW38 or we get a Team leak that Haaland starts.
- Son has been registering good numbers over the last few games, in fact amongst mids since GW30 he has registered 4 goals in 8 games with an xG of 3.46 which is the 3rd highest amongst mids. He has also had 7 big chances during the period which is also the 3rd highest amongst the mids. Only Salah(11) and Mitoma(8) have more big chances during the period!
- Eze is one of the in-form players in the league and since Roy took over the England attacker has scored 6 goals and grabbed 2 assists in 9 games. Amongst mids, only Salah(80) has scored more points than Eze(65). Forest have confirmed PL safety and are generally poor away from home. Eze and Palace should finish strongly at Selhurst Park on Sunday!
