What is a double-digit return in FPL?

When an FPL asset scores 10+ points in a GW. But for more results, I will be tracking a score of 9+ as double digits.

How will this article help me?

Will be breaking down GW fixtures to analyze who has the most chance of scoring double-digit returns.

Overall Double-Digit Conceded going into FPL GW12

We see Newcastle(36) has the best fixtures in terms of Double-Digit Returns potential for the next 5 GW mainly due to the Norwich fixture in GW14. Can Eddie Howe transform Newcastle fortunes.

Tottenham(31) is second on the list. Will we see new manager bounce? Can Conte work his magic?

Liverpool (28), Crystal Palace(26), and Norwich(24) round up the top 5.

The above table will provide only half data projecting which team has good fixtures but doesn’t mention which position to target against a specific team

Below will be dissecting the double-digit returns conceded further by position to have a better understanding of which FPL player to target.

Here we see how the narrative changes when we see fixtures with a focus on only forward returns

Liverpool (9) tops the chart which makes JOTA 7.5m a great option (I know he is listed as Midfielder in game but in absence of Firmino will play ST)

In second, we have Arsenal (7), hopefully, Aubamayang continues his good form despite his PEN miss last GW.

Burnley and Man United (6) round up the Potential Forward list.

C Ronaldo 12.4m should be a great Captaincy option this week if you are willing to go different than Mo SALAH.

WCard’s could try T Pukki 5.8m as 3rd  budget Striker. He is back in goal scoring and can also benefit from the new Manager’s arrival.

I Toney 6.7m could well return big in the next 2 fixtures. Anyone thinking to ship him out should give him these 2 GW in my opinion

When we move on to midfielders, we see Tottenham (14) top the table followed by Newcastle (13) and Watford (13). Chelsea and Crystal Palace (12) round up top 5

Let the data suggest anything, we all going to have SALAH in our teams regardless (It’s a no brainer)

Son 10.3m is a popular option for all managers seeing his upcoming fixtures.

Trossard 6.4m could be an interesting differential to go with only 2.6% ownership. His ownership has doubled from the last time I suggested him. Now playing as a Forward he is the most likely player from Brighton to score or assist which increases his chances of double-digit returns.

Gallagher 5.9m could turn out to be a gem for the 4th or 5th midfield slot. He has settled in nicely and is one of the chief creator for Palace.

No point in discussing Defender since all have Chelsea, City, and Trent with Livramento.

Metric suggest Newcastle as top but I would wait before going for them

The only real option to consider is Tottenham def, Regulion 5.0m, and Emerson 4.9m might benefit hugely due to the wing-back system implemented by Conte.

Man United Defenders are one to monitor with Great fixtures coming.

NOTE: All players suggested are based on the metrics and no way telling those are the only options

Hopefully, this article was of some use to you. Thanks for reading

I am available on Twitter @Abd_Hameed14 for some clarification or more discussion on the metrics.
