GW6 Review:

A Gameweek to forgot…almost! I scored 45 points with a small red arrow down 40k places to 1.14m overall. Standout players were Salah captain 🔥, Antonio and Vardy. Vardy has been a great addition to my squad and has scored 3 goals in 2 games now so I’m looking to keep him in longer term. Bruno’s penalty miss hurt after going for him over Ronaldo over the past few weeks. Luke Shaw going off injured was not ideal at all and is causing a headache for me now.

Players to monitor for me:

Once again it is City and Chelsea defenders and I wanted a Chelsea defender in this week but that will have to wait now. Apart from that, I’m looking to try and save my wildcard for later on in the season.

FPL GW7 Transfer plan/ watch list going forwards:

After not making any transfers last Gameweek I now have 2 free transfers and I’ve made some radical changes to my team. I went early to take Bruno + Obafemi out and replaced them with Allan and Lukaku. Chelsea’s run of fixtures is just insane and Lukaku had to come in for me. However, I’ve been dealt with possibly no playing defenders come Friday night so I’ve opted to not play my wildcard but isn’t add I’ve taken out Ayling and replaced him with Tomiyasu from Arsenal for a -4. First hit of the season that I felt was necessary.  He looks good in that Arsenal team and they’ve just come off a good result against Spurs.

FPL GW7 tips 👀

Manage your team the best you can without taking too many hits or activating wildcard early. Try to lean on every word in the press conference and make sure you’re confident in the decisions you’ve made yourself.

I can’t again play my favoured 4-4-2 but this week it’s the 3-4-3 for the first time this season. I’ve now got 3 playing strikers and a first appearance for Lukaku is resulting in him being captained! I’m scared of now not owning Ronaldo or Bruno but I felt Lukaku was a must this Gameweek. As you can see I’ve also still got a defender crisis and I might possibly only have 9 starters come the end of the Gameweek. But I didn’t want to take a -8 on defenders or play my wildcard so I’ll suck it up for another Gameweek. Really excited about that forward 3 and what damage they’ll do this week!

FPL GW6 Review

A low scoring gameweek for many, including myself, but a green arrow and 53 points has me feeling content with my position. If you can get a green arrow with a captaincy blank you should be pleased. My midfield is what saved my gameweek. Returns from Salah, Jota, Gray and Sarr along with Antonio and Semedo meant for a solid gamweek score.

FPL GW7 Plan

After only using one transfer in GW6, I have 2 transfers banked ready to make some big moves in GW7. The Chelsea fixture swing starts this gameweek and many FPL players will be looking to get in Lukaku and a few Chelsea defenders. As I already own Lukaku I can focus on getting on the defence for their brilliant run of fixtures. Alonso, Rudiger and Christensen are all on my radar this week and it is likely that 2 of them will be transferred in. One for Shaw who is an injury doubt and the other for Brandon Williams.

My transfers are likely to be in defence as I look to double up on Chelsea players. Therefore, my back line will be Sanchez in goal, two Chelsea defenders and Semedo. In midfield I will have Salah and Jota with a tough fixture against Man City, Gray against Man United and Sarr against Leeds. In attack I have three brilliant strikers with home fixtures, so I am expecting goals. Ronaldo against Everton, Antonio against Brentford and my current captain, Lukaku against Southampton. This will leave me with three Chelsea assets for their brilliant fixture swing!

FPL GW7 Tips

There are plenty of FPL managers wildcarding this week as Chelsea have a favourable fixture swing whilst Man United have a tougher fixture swing. My tips this week are to jump on and off the big teams when they’re fixtures change for the better or worse. Therefore, this week is a good time to transfer Chelsea players into your side! Good luck this week everyone!
