First, let’s take a look at teams whose fixtures swings for the good form FPL Gameweek 4:
Wolves:
Wolves season so far:
Wolves have recorded stellar attacking stats and were unlucky to come away with zero points from the 3 games. A lot of options are emerging from the team, Adama Traoré being at the top among them for overall stats. He is currently 3rd in the list of most shots(12) alongside his teammate Raul Jimenez. Traore priced at £6.0, can provide amazing value over the upcoming fixtures. Jimenez, at £7.4, can prove to be an excellent replacement for Danny Ings who will face CHE, MUN and TOT in his next five fixtures. Trincao can also prove to be an ultimate differential, as only 0.4% of managers own him. Wolves recorded an xG(team) of 4.92 and xGC of 2.50 in their games against LEI, TOT and MUN.
Upcoming Fixtures:
Wolves do not face any of the Big Six Clubs till GW14, with Watford, Brentford, Southampton, Newcastle, as their next 4 fixtures. Wolves assets can be set and forget option in our teams all the way till GW14 if they can deliver, as they have the stats to back it up.
Best FPL Assets to own from Wolves for their fixture swing from FPL Gameweek 4:
Let’s take a look at the best players from Wolves to own:
Adama Traore(£6.0):
Adama Traore looks like the best option to own from the lot. As a budget midfielder, he can come good with goals and assists, and an extra CS point. He even accumulated the best xG and xA of 1.57 and 0.94 in his team. Moreover, he registered 2 big chances, and 12 shots, of which 7 were from inside the box, and 3 were on target. With a lot of forwards, premium as well as budget, Adama looks like the go to option from Wolves.
Raul Jimenez(£7.4):
Although on paper, Adama looks like the better option, Jimenez can’t be ignored. Before his unfortunate injury, he was the most consistent player to own in FPL, he was able to nick a goal almost every week, being the talisman of Wolves. If he can get back to that level, he might be one of the best FPL options to own this season with those tasty fixtures ahead. He recorded an xG of 0.65, and xA of 0.73, over these 3 games. He had 12 shots, of which 11 were from inside the box.
Trincão(£5.9):
Trincao looks like the under the radar pick from the team. With just 0.4% ownership, he can be an ultimate differential. He had a total of 8 shots ( 5SoT), and 6 of them were from inside the box. In the 3 games, he had an xG of 1.26.
Summary on Wolves attack to target their FPL Gameweek 4 fixture swing
Defensive Assets from Wolves:
Although Wolves had an xGC(expected goals conceded) of 2.50, still they only lost by 1 goal in all 3 of their games. With better fixtures coming up, Wolves can hope to keep more clean sheets regularly. If they start keeping clean sheets, Semedo(4.9) can come good, as their next Doherty. As of now, Kilman(4.5) and Marcal(4.5) provide great value to cover Wolves’ defence. Marcal looked very attacking in the previous game and was getting in good positions. Saiss can offer an attacking threat from set-pieces and Coady could be a boring but an effective pick. If you’re worried about the rotation then going with Jose Sa also seems to be a good and popular choice.

Leeds United:
Leeds Season so far:
Leeds, this season, couldn’t hit the grounds running from the beginning, but with brighter fixtures coming up, they aim to gather some points. They drew against Everton scoring 2 each. Raphinha(£6.5) got a goal in that fixture. Patrick Bamford(£7.9) has scored and assisted one already. Luke Ayling(£4.5) got the goal, in their first game of the season. They have recorded an xG(team) of 2.91 and xGC of 4.88 so far.
Leeds Upcoming Fixtures:
After facing Liverpool at Ellen Road in GW4, Leeds have a great run of fixtures till GW10, in which they face Newcastle, Watford, Southampton and Norwich. They also host West Ham in GW6, which could be a high scoring fixture, as both the teams like to attack. There are points in these fixtures, and Leeds assets can provide great value during this period.
Best FPL assets to own from Leeds United for their fixture swing from FPL Gameweek 4:
Let’s take a look at the players to own from Leeds United:
Patrick Bamford(£7.9):
Patrick Bamford, so far, has got 1 goal and 1 assist. Over this period, he had 1.00 xG and 0.37 xA. He had a total of 7 shots, all from inside the box. He accumulated 2 big chances, and as soon as Leeds start flowing, there won’t be a shortage of opportunities for the No.9 to score goals, week in week out.
Raphinha(£6.5):
Raphinha has scored 1 goal so for, from 11 shots. He was able to register an xG of 0.93 and xA of 0.21, with 4 attempted assists. He also had 10 touches in the opposition box, which explains his advanced role, and the possibility to score more goals. Moreover, he is also on the Corners and sometimes takes freekicks, which increases his assist potential.
Luke Ayling(£4.5):
With great fixtures on the turn, and a lot of Premium options emerging, Luke Ayling could be the go-to Budget defender. During the second half of the last season, Leeds started keeping Clean sheets and were one of the best defences of the league. Although this season, their xGC is a bit skewed(4.88), due to Manchester United scoring 5 against them in the opening week, Ayling can still deliver points, with his goal and assist threat.
Other Assets to watch from Leeds:
Meslier(£5.0) could also be a great option to cover Leed’s defence. He can get save points, even after losing the clean sheet, and has already recorded 11 saves this season. Harrison(£5.9) is also one to watch. Harrison and Raphinha double up in the midfield could be fruitful with these fixtures although the arrival of Dan James from mAN united will be an interesting case as we have to see how Bielsa fits all three in together.

Everton:
Everton Season so far:
Although Everton had decent fixtures to begin the season with, their fixtures get even sweeter from GW4 onwards. They have scored 7 goals this season so far and conceded only 3. Numerous players have become an option in terms of FPL, from the Toffees, with players from each position chipping in. They also recorded an xGC of 2.40 and xG of 5.58(team) over the period of 3 games, which suggests more clean sheets, as well as goals, can come in the upcoming fixtures.
Everton Upcoming Fixtures:
Till GW10, Everton only face Manchester United from the Big 6, while the rest includes – Burnley, Villa, Norwich, West Ham and Watford. There is potential for them to score at least one in most of these fixtures without conceding any. In GW6, they face Norwich at home, which can be a good week to captain an Everton player.
Best FPL Assets to own from Everton for their fixture swing from FPL Gameweek 4:
Let’s take a look at some of the many players to own from Everton:
Dominic Calvert Lewin(£8.2):
Calvert Lewin, the talisman of the Toffees, has scored in each of the fixtures so far, and there is no reason for him to stop soon. He accumulated an xG of 2.88 and had 11 shots, of which – 7 SoT. He took all these shots from the box, and if Everton manages to keep up their creativity, he will continue to score. Although 2 of his 3 goals were penalties, he recorded a non-penalty xG of 1.35. Dominic also has the penalty duties and seems like the perfect player in this bracket to own.
Demarai Gray(£5.6)/ Doucouré(£5.5):
The next best options, after DCL, from Everton, would be Demarai Gray or Doucoure. Both have a similar price and provide immense value going ahead. Gray tends to get in better-attacking opportunities than Doucoure, but both of them are capable of delivering points. Gray recorded an xG of 0.32, while Doucoure was just ahead at 0.45. Both of them can become an integral part of the team, in order to accommodate various premium options available in the game right now.
Lucas Digne(£5.4):
Lucas Digne has always been a great FPL asset to own as he is very attacking and his wonderful delivery are able to fetch him some assists. With better fixtures, there is potential for them to keep clean sheets, and for Digne to haul. So far, he has taken 3 shots and has 5 attempted assists, and also taken 15 corners.
Now, let’s look at those teams whose fixtures take a turn for the worse:
Aston Villa:
With great 3 fixtures to begin the season with, Villa now faces Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs in their next 4 fixtures. This is the perfect time to swap their assets with some of the above-mentioned players – Danny Ings to DCL/Jimenez being one of them.
Brentford:
Many FPL managers put their trust in the talisman of Brentford, Ivan Toney(6.5M), due to good starting fixtures, and he was able to deliver 10 points, scoring one goal in the first 3 fixtures. Now, Brentford’s fixtures start to look a bit tricky, and with a lot of forward options out there, Toney can be on the chopping block for many. There is one player from Brentford who might be worth keeping during these fixtures as well – David Raya Martin(£4.5, GK). He has gathered 17 points and made 10 saves so far. Even during the tougher fixtures, he might be able to fetch some save points and a few bonus points as well.
Crystal Palace:
Crystal Palace now faces a difficult run of fixtures, which includes Spurs, Liverpool, Leicester, Arsenal and Manchester City till GW10. Although Conor Gallagher(£5.5) can provide amazing value at his price point, there are better options with better fixtures(Gray, Doucoure, etc) available to choose from.
