Adams – Scott
Tavernier – Brooks/Traore – Semenyo

- Kluivert(Just back in training) and Christie(Expected to train his week) are injured and have not featured in pre-season at all and are likely to miss GW1.

Chelsea GW1 Predicted formation:
- 4-3-3
Chelsea GW1 Predicted lineup:
Robert Sanchez
James – Tosin – Fofana – Cucurella
Caicedo – Enzo Fernandez

Fofana did not play the last friendly but is likely to fit for GW1 as per Maresca. “Fofana could be available for Crystal Palace, yes, and we are very happy because he is a very important player”. If Fofana doesn’t make it, Chalobah is likely to take his place.
- Enzo Maresca on Tosin:
Enzo Maresca: We build with Levi in the middle. Last year, we played 64 games. We played 64 games with Levi and Tosin. The only one that can do that job well is Tosin.

Everton GW1 Predicted lineup
Pickford
O’Brien – Tarkowski – Keane – Aznou
Gueye – Garner
Alcaraz – Dewsbury Hall – Ndiaye
Barry
Everton Injury News/Updates:
- Grealish is very likely joining Everton on loan, which means he could play on the left(Ndiaye playing as 10)/behind the striker as well(KDH moving as 8). Ndiaye has been really good on the left for Everton – So this transfer should not impact his minutes in the long term.
- Mykolenko got injured in the final pre-season and was subbed off after just 12 minutes. Aznou is expected to replace him if Mykolenko is ruled out.
- Dewsbury Hall played as No.10 in the final pre-season game, was very attacking and was also taking corners. So he is likely to hold on to his place.

- 4-3-3
Sunderland GW1 Predicted lineup:
Roefs
Hume – Ballard – Seelt – Reinildo
Diarra – Xhaka – Sadiki
Talbi – Mayenda – Adingra
Sunderland team news:
- Enabler and £4.5 Forward Guiu is not likely to start in GW1 buy the looks of what Le Bris told when asked whether new signings Guiu and Masuaku will be match fit for GW1.
“We’ll see. Every day, we will make an assessment of their level and see how far we can push them through the training sessions. Lift the intensity, the contact. If they react well, they can then join the squad. If they don’t react well, we wait one day, two days, and assess again. So we will see for next week.
- Sadiki has been impressive – Played 363 minutes and started 6 games during the pre-season. He should be likely ahead of Le Fee in the pecking order. It could still be a 60/40 call. in favour of Sadiki as per this quote.
Le Bris on Le Fee: “We will have 2 or 3 players like Enzo(Le Fee)- really close to the starting 11 but at the same time, we have to make a choice because we can only play with 11 players. We need to build starters and finishers. Our midfielders will have opportunity & thats clear”
