Brighton played 2 games against Southampton in one day. Welbeck, Gruda, Veltman, and Kadiolgu featured in game one, which was a 60-minute behind-closed-doors friendly.
Similarly, Brighton played 2 games against Wolfsburg in one day. Welbeck, Gruda, and Sarimento all playing the first game once again.

Esteve(4.0 DEF) is a nailed center back who had good minutes and will start all games for Burnley
Hartman (4.0 DEF) got a lot of minutes in pre-season – He is one of the 4.0 Defenders to watch out for.

Tarkowski and Branthwaite both hit the 10 DEFCON threshold in the final pre-season game vs Roma. Tarkowski managed 14 DEFCON in 90 minutes, whereas Branthwaite managed 11 DEFCON in 79 minutes.
