FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game Drafts with Keynotes

Fanteam have introduced a mini-season PL game starting from GW30 onwards to close out the 24/25 season, There’s been a lot of interest amongst fantasy football managers who are keen to play this exciting version. In this article, we look at different drafts along with keynotes for the Fanteam mini-PL season game.

FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game

Quick Overview of the game:

The budget for the game is 85 million, and you need to pick 11 players. The safety net is the biggest point to note, as it enables you to adopt a riskier playing style. Managers are awarded three free transfers each gameweek(No rolling allowed), and there is also a wildcard available. Check out our ultimate guide covering rules, strategy, and tips.

• Bournemouth: Kluivert, Evanlison, Semenyo, Kerkez
• Man City: Haaland, Gvardiol, Foden/Savinho
• Crystal Palace: Sarr, Eze, Mateta, Munoz, Dean Henderson
• Liverpool: Salah, Konate, Diaz/Jota
• Aston Villa: Rashford/Asensio, Watkins
• Brighton: Mitoma, Joao Pedro
• Newcastle: Murphy, Isak, Trippier, Livramento
• West Ham: Bowen, Wan Bisakka

Double Gameweek 32:

• Newcastle United vs MUN(H), CRY(H)
• Crystal Palace vs MCI(A), NEW(A)

Double Gameweek 33: (Likely)

• Manchester City vs EVE(A), AVL(H)
• Arsenal vs IPS(A), CRY(H)
• Aston Villa vs NEW(H), MCI(A)
• Crystal Palace vs BOU(H), ARS(A)

Blank Gameweek 34: (Likely)- Teams that are likely to blank in GW34:

• Manchester City
• Arsenal
• Aston Villa
• Crystal Palace

PS: Since we get three free transfers each week and also a wildcard, we don’t have to worry too much about the potential double in GW33 and the Blank Gameweek in GW34. You can use the Wildcard in GW34/GW35 to navigate the GW36 Double/GW37 Blank as well.

Draft 1 for FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game

Note: We have not included Haaland in any of the Drafts due to the injury he sustained in the FA Cup win vs Bournemouth. He was seen in crutches after the game.

• Foden is in this draft considering the safety net feature, if he doesn’t start, then one of Savinho/Doku will replace him, depending on who starts vs Leicester. If in case Foden is benched and both of Savinho & Doku start, then it will be Savinho replacing Foden as he’s closer to Foden’s price.

• You can adapt the same safety net strategy for other teams that have multiple good options in the same position who aren’t guaranteed to start regularly – Chelsea midfielders(Nkunku, Sancho, Madueke, Neto), Liverpool midfielders (Diaz, Jota), Aston Villa Midfielders(Asensio, Rashford, Malen)
• Crystal Palace play Southampton in GW30, and we have gone for the triple up of Mateta, Eze and Munoz to target the easy fixture.

Crystal Palace Defense Stats(Per 90) since GW18:

• Goals Conceded: Least
• xGC: 3rd Least
• Big Chances Conceded: 3rd Least

• Haaland’s injury means that Marmoush makes the team and also takes up the Captaincy as an Differential option. Leicester City are in poor form conceding lots of goals.
• The plan will be to get the 3rd Newcastle asset- Murphy/Gordon/Burn in GW31 for the LEI(A) fixture and the upcoming DGW32. Villa’s midfielders(Rogers/Asensio/Rashford) have a good entry point in GW32 vs SOU(A) and the then have the likely DGW33. So you can target these players with Free Transfers in the upcoming weeks.

• Kluivert and Kerkez are two Bournemouth assets to target the Ipswich game in GW30, If needed, you could do Isak to Evanilson as well to target the easy game and then get Isak for the double in GW32
• Captaincy: Marmoush in GW30 vs Leicester, Mateta vs Southampton, Salah vs Everton(Safe option)

Draft 2 for FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game

The differential draft

A slightly differential draft with triple Bournemouth and triple Palace to target the Southampton and Ipswich fixture in GW30. Gvardiol & Marmoush are in to target the Leicester City fixture. This draft will have 8/11 players playing against the current bottom three teams in GW30.

• This draft also has Palmer in for GW30 vs Tottenham. You can hold him till GW32 for the Ipswich fixture and then move out for the players doubling in DGW33(Like Haaland when he is fit).
• This draft does not have Isak. You can get him in GW31 for the Leicester(A) fixture and then hold for the Double Gameweek 32. Kluivert to Villa Midfielder, Kerkez to Burn/Livramento would also be one of the planned moves ahead of GW32.

Draft 3 for FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game

Saka is in this draft. The latest news we have is the he is fit and available to play GW30 vs Fulham. The safety net feature allows you to pick players like that. If he is not in the starting line , he will be automatically replaced by Odegaard- The closest midfielder option(price wise) from the same team.

• This draft has a Double Arsenal defense with the IPS(A), CRY(H) fixtures in DGW33 in mind. Arsenal are the best defensive side in the league at the moment and the Double up is always a good option.

Draft 4 for FanTeam PL Final Sprint Mini Season Game

• This is a full on attacking draft with Salah+Saka+Palmer which will help you chase the upside.
• Having 3 Premium assets also allows you to get to an easier route to Haaland(potentially ahead of DGW33) when he is fit. Palmer to Haaland will be the planned move.
