GW11 is around the corner with the postponement of the Aston Villa and Newcastle game putting managers in a fix. There’s still confusion on what to do with the fpl assets from these two teams especially or managers owning two or more players from these teams. Luckily there are a lot of quality players who are still lowly owned in FPL whom you could bring in for GW11 and beyond. These differential assets could return big and will help you to quickly climb up the rankings easily as we enter the crucial Christmas period. So let’s deep dive and look at the top differential options!
As usual, our differential article has six players with all of them having less than 10% ownership and have a high chance of returning for that particular GW and beyond. Check out our top differential options for FPL GW10 below!
Note: All player ownership & price are from the data at the time of writing, subject to change as we move close to the FPL GW11 deadline
FPL GW 11 Differential picks
Che Adams(5.9) vs Brighton, TSB: 5.9%
Adams is surely one of the most under rated forwards in FPL this season. In fact, Adams has 3 goals, 3 assists, returned in 5 out of the last 6 games averaging 6.66 points per game. He has very well started to reproduce his good numbers into FPL points. Adams is one of the best short term punt(2 weeks) if you are looking to replace Wilson/Watkins. Bamford(34.8% TSB) should be the other choice for FPL managers to think upon if you don’t already have Bamford.
There isn’t much to separate between them this season- 5th and 6th among points in forwards. In fact, Bamford has scored just 4 goals from 10 BC over the past 6 games. This is similar to the struggle Adams faced at the start of the season- 0 goals from 4 big chances from GW1- GW4.
Agreed that Bamford is always a fixture proof striker, but Adams is the one to one to look out for if you want to big strides in you mini-leagues due to the surprisingly low ownership(5.9%).
Adams- Stat Attack
- Second most points(40) among forwards from GW5- GW10, only behind Kane(42)
- Most big chances created(3), Most assists(3), second-best xA(1.78) among forwards from GW5- GW10
- Most points per million(6.80) among forwards over the last 6 weeks.

Harvy Barnes(6.9) vs Sheffield United, TSB: 4.2%
Barnes has always been not a consistent performer in FPL. To add to this worries, he played 90 minutes in the Europa league game midweek. But, Leicester are in need of desperate need of points after going winless in last 4 games across competitions.
Rodgers would want to re-group and go with this best players and Barnes is surely one of those impact players. He is more direct and brings a lot of energy into the team which was seen in the game against Fulham. Leicester definitely looked as a better attacking side and got their only goal through Barnes in the second half.
Barnes is the perfect budget midfielder punt if you are looking for a short term punt to replace Grealish with just 4.2% TSB.
Barnes in numbers:
- Best xG/90 among mids from GW7-GW10(Minimum 190 minutes)- 0.86
- Second in big chances/90 among midfielders from GW7-GW10- 1.38
- Up against Sheffield side who have the second-worst xCS(1.75), conceded the 2nd most shots(152), 2nd most shots inside the box(93) this season.

Riyad Mahrez(8.3) vs Fulham, TSB: 5.6%
Riyad Mahrez was the surprise package in GW10 smashing a hat trick and 21 points against a hopeless Burnley team. The best thing about the Pep Roulette in recent weeks is that he is using different players for Champions League and Premier League. Mahrez has not started the last 2 CL games, but has started the last 2 PL games. We hope this continues and Mahrez is definitely a good punt for next few weeks with WBA game also coming around.
The Mahrez numbers:
- Most points(21), Best xG(1.15), Joint most big chances(2), Most goals(3), Best xGI(89%) in GW10.
- Second most penalty box touches(28) among midfielders from GW7- GW10.
- Up against Fulham who have conceded the second most big chances(25) this season.

Van Aanholt vs West Brom(A), TSB: 1.0%
Having missed the start of the season, PVA has returned from injury and has since replaced Mitchell at RB since GW7. Over the last four GWs Van Aanholt has got an assist, recorded 7 shots(2nd most), 2 shots on target(2nd), and four shots inside the box(3rd) among defenders. He has also made 12 penalty box touches(3rd highest) over the last three games.
He is up against a WBA side who have the worst xG(7.11), least big chances(5) in the league. If you are looking for a one week option to get you a sure clean sheet and maybe an attacking return, look no further than PVA!

Pedro Neto(5.6) vs Liverpool, TSB: 3.2%
Neto is slowly but surely settling into life at Premier League. He has 2 goals, 2 assists, 28 points from last 4 games averaging 7 points per game. In fact, Neto has been involved in more Premier League goals(5) than any other Wolves player this season. Neto is lively, quick and can give any defender a run for the money and the new look Liverpool defense won’t be a tough one for him. He is just at 5.6 million which makes him one of the best value for money picks in FPL.
Neto in numbers:
- Most points(51) for any FPL player under 6.0 this season.
- 2nd in points(5.40), 2nd in Big chance created(0.54), 2nd best xA(0.29) per million from GW7-GW10
- 3 Big chances created over the last four weeks. Only Grealish, Bruno, De Bruyne, Ziyech have more(4).

Gabriel Jesus vs Fulham, TSB: 1.9%
Having only come on as a substitute in the Champions League game, Jesus looks to be a nailed starter against Fulham in the continued absence of Aguero. He has started three successive games in the league after returning from injury getting 16 points(3rd among forwards) in the process. City side are slowly getting back to their old self with 5-0 demolition of Burnley and there could be no escaping Fulham. Jesus could be very well be a direct replacement for Kane in your FPL team if he is ruled out for GW11.
Jesus- Stats :
- 2 big chances, 8 shots(all inside the box), 1 goal, 1 assist from last 3 games.
- Up against Fulham who have conceded the most goals(19), 2nd most big chances(25) this season.
