All Premier League Teams Predicted GW19 Lineups
Arsenal
Mikel Arteta made a single change from Arsenal’s 3-1 victory over West Ham as Zinchenko came in for Tierney. Given that he went off after an hour, he should be fine to start against Newcastle and we can expect an unchanged 11.
Arsenal GW19 Predicted formation:
- 4-3-3
Arsenal GW19 Predicted lineup:
Ramsdale,
White – Saliba – Gabriel – Zinchenko
Xhaka – Partey – Odegaard
Saka – Nketiah – Martinelli
Aston Villa
Emery decided to pick the same 11 as that which lost 2-1 to Liverpool in GW17. Given how successful that ploy was against Tottenham, he may stick with the same for Wolves. Martinez might come in for Olsen but it’s a tricky call after Emery praised Olsen after the Spurs game(Quotes below).
Aston Villa GW19 Predicted Formation:
4-3-2-1
Aston Villa GW19 Predicted Lineup:
Martinez
Young – Mings – Konsa – Digne
Kamara – McGinn – Luiz
Bailey – Buendia
Watkins
Aston Villa PC/Injury Update:
Unai Emery hints that Robin Olsen could well keep his avfc shirt vs Wolves in midweek. “Given the match we played today, we can believe in Robin Olsen. He really deserved this clean sheet. His performance was amazing. Martinez will train with us tomorrow and Tuesday.”
Bournemouth
Bournemouth went in with one change from the defeat to Chelsea with Stacey dropping out for Anthony. With Marcus Tavernier still out for a while, we can expect an unchanged 11 for Man United in midweek.
Bournemouth GW19 Predicted Formation:
4-3-3
Bournemouth GW19 Predicted lineup:
Mark Travers,
Smith – Kelly – Senesi – Zemura
Lerma – Cook – Billing – Anthony
Solanke – Moore
Brighton
Brighton went into the Arsenal game without Caicedo due to him picking up 5 yellow cards. He should go straight back in at the expense of Gilmour. Veltman was also benched as Lamptey started, but that was in all likelihood to combat Martinelli’s pace and the Dutchman should remain the first choice. This game will probably still come too soon for Mac Alister
Brighton GW19 Predicted formation
4-2-3-1
Brighton GW19 Predicted lineup:
Sanchez
Veltman – Colwill – Dunk – Estupinan
Gross – Caicedo
March – Lallana – Mitoma
Trossard
Brighton PC/Injury Update:
“Mentally, for sure Alexis Mac Alister can play. Physically, I’m not sure but we will see tomorrow morning. “Adam Webster and Danny Welbeck aren’t available.”
Brentford
Thomas Frank opted to make one change for the visit to West Ham with Dasilva coming in for Janelt. With Liverpool up next and a more defensive option required, the latter could come back in.
Toney was stretchered off but the injury may not be as bad as first feared and he may even play against Liverpool.
Brentford GW19 Predicted formation:
3-4-1-2
Brentford GW19 Predicted lineup:
Raya
Zanka – Mee – Pinnock
Roserlev – Norgaard – Janelt -Jensen – Henry
Mbeumo – Toney
Brentford PC/Injury Update:
“It’s good news with Ivan,” Frank began, “it’s not a significant injury.
“He could potentially be available for tomorrow.
“There’s nothing wrong with his knee. Without going too much into the details, it’s something with the muscle.
Frank also revealed that Aaron Hickey and Kristoffer Ajer are progressing well but won’t be available for Liverpool’s visit to the Gtech Community Stadium.
Chelsea
Chelsea went into the Forest clash with the same 11 as the one which beat Bournemouth in GW17. Though it didn’t yield them success on this occasion, Potter may well stick with the same team for Man City.
Chelsea GW19 Predicted formation:
3-4-1-2
Chelsea GW19 Predicted lineup:
Kepa
Azpi – Koulibaly – Thiago Silva – Cucurella
Jorginho – Zakaria – Mount
Sterling – Havertz – Pulisic
Crystal Palace
There was one enforced Palace change for Bournemouth as Ward came on for the suspended Mitchell. With that suspension keeping Mitchell out of the next match too, that may well continue.
Crystal Palace GW19 Predicted formation
4-3-3
Crystal Palace GW19 Predicted lineup:
Guaita
Clyne – Guehi – Andersen – Ward
Schlupp – Olise – Doucoure
Ayew – Zaha – Eze
Everton
Lampard changed shape in an attempt to combat City and it proved successful as they fought to a 1-1 draw. For Brighton though, he should revert back to the usual 4-3-2-1
Everton GW19 Predicted formation
4-2-3-1
Everton GW19 Predicted lineup
Pickford
Patterson – Tarkowski – Coady – Mykolenko
Gueye -Iwobi – Onana
Gray – Mcneill
DCL
Everton Press Conference Updates:
Lampard on injuries and possible rotation:
“We’ve got Anthony (Gordon) and Yerry who are not feeling well, so we’ll have to see how they are the next two days.”
“We’ll just have to manage the tiredness factor in the next two days because there was a big output, 100-odd minutes of work off the ball can be tough.”
Fulham
Marco Silva opted to make no changes to the side that beat Crystal Palace and he was rewarded with another victory in GW18 so he should stick with the same team for Leicester.
Fulham GW19 Predicted formation:
4-2-3-1
Fulham Predicted lineup:
Leno
Tete – Diop – Ream – Robinson
Palhinha – Reed
Reid – Andreas – Willian
Mitrovic
Fulham PC/Injury Update:
Marco on team news: “We had our session yesterday and everything was okay. We are going to have another one to assess all the players. In terms of Mitro’s injury, he’s getting better.”
On Mitro: “He’s the main penalty taker, and he will be there again to take the next one.”
Leeds United
After serving his suspension, Adams came back in with Greenwood making way. Ayling also played at right-back instead of Kristensen but that in all likelihood was just a rest. As such, they may well go into West Ham game with Kristensen coming in.
Leeds United GW19 Predicted formation:
4-2-3-1
Leeds United GW19 Predicted lineup:
Meslier
Kristensen – Koch – Cooper – Struijk
Adams – Roca
Summerville – Aaronson – Harrison
Rodrigo
Leicester City
The makeshift Leicester lineup fought valiantly but ultimately came up short against Liverpool. With no press conference before the deadline, it’s hard to really know about Maddison’s knee injury was thought to be minor so he may be back in time to face Fulham. If he’s fit then Perez makes way for him.
Daka went off injured early in the first half so Vardy could come in for him.
Leicester City GW19 Predicted formation:
4-3-3
Leicester City GW19 Predicted lineup:
Ward
Castagne – Amartey – Faes – Thomas
Soumare – Tielemans – Dewsbury-Hall
Perez – Vardy – Barnes
Leicester City PC/Injury News:
It looks like his hamstring,” Rodgers on Daka’s injury. “So, the medical team will tell me later in the morning, but it doesn’t look great. It’s just a case of getting them in, getting them recovered and then we can get ready for the game against Fulham.”
Liverpool
The main news for Liverpool is that Andy Robertson had to go off with a dead leg, and with the quick turnaround, he might be a doubt but Klopp was optimistic about the availability of Robbo. If he’s out then Tsimikas should take his place. With Oxlade Chamberlain also being quite ineffective, Carvalho could also come in but it’s a 50-50 call.
Liverpool GW19 Predicted formation
4-3-3
Liverpool GW19 Predicted lineup:
Allison
Alexander-Arnold – Van Dijk – Konate – Tsimikas
Elliott – Fabinho -Thiago
Salah – Nunez – Oxlade Chamberlain
Liverpool PC/Injury News:
Milner, Firmino and Curtis Jones all have a “chance” of being involved in GW19, while Cody Gakpo is not expected to be registered in time to feature against Brentford.
Funnily enough, Harvey, before the game, injured Robbo a little bit. In our warm-up game, he hit him with a knee at the hip, so it was a dead leg. He could play but then at one point the muscle closed and he couldn’t play on. Harvey got a knock, which was quite painful, but when you see the situation because it is clear that’s painful, but that’s it, I think.
Klopp on Robertson and Elliott
Fun Fact: Mo Salah is one goal away from becoming the outright 7th highest goal scorer for Liverpool.
Manchester City
Guardiola made some curious selections again with Cancelo, Walker, and Foden all starting on the bench once more. Given their difficulty in penetrating the Everton defence, you’d think at least two of those come back in.
Manchester City GW19 Predicted formation
4-3-3
Manchester City GW19 Predicted lineup:
Ederson
Lewis – Stones – Akanji – Cancelo
Rodri – Gundogan – De Bruyne
Mahrez – Haaland – Foden
Manchester United
Ten Hag decided to make one change for his side’s away game at Wolves after he left Rashford out of the team for missing a team meeting. The fact that he came on half-time and scored should mean that he stays in the side. Elsewhere, the team should remain the same except for Martinez to return to partner Varane and Shaw going back to the LB spot in the place of Malacia. AWB’s place could also be in danger with news emerging that Dalot is back training.
Manchester United GW19 Predicted formation:
4-2-3-1
Manchester United GW19 Predicted lineup:
De Gea
Wan Bissaka – Varane – Martinez – Shaw
Casemiro – Eriksen
Rashford – Bruno – Anthony
Martial
Newcastle United
Newcastle went in unchanged for Leeds, but Callum Wilson did come off the bench after 64 minutes so he will probably come in for Wood for the trip to Arsenal.
Newcastle United GW19 Predicted formation:
4-3-3
Newcastle United GW19 Predicted lineup:
Pope
Trippier – Botman – Schar – Burn
Longstaff – Guimaraes – Willock
Almiron – Wilson – Joelinton
Nottingham Forest
Steve Cooper finally seems to have settled on a first 11 as he made a single change from the defeat to Man United. After fighting to a 1-1 draw with Chelsea, we may see the same team for Southampton.
Nottingham Forest GW19 Predicted formation:
4-3-3
Nottingham Forest GW19 Predicted lineup:
Henderson
Aurier – Worrall – Boly – Lodi
Freuler – Mangala – Yates
Awoniyi – Johnson – GibbsWhite
Southampton
Southampton GW19 Predicted formation
4-2-3-1
Southampton GW19 Predicted lineup:
Bazunu
WalkerPeters – Bella Kochap – Salisu – Perraud
Ward Prowse – Lavia
Edozie – Elyounoussi – S Armstrong
Che Adams
Spurs
It was a dismal showing from Tottenham against Villa but such is the size of their squad that they probably won’t make too many changes. Kulusevski, who missed the game because of an injury, could come back in if he’s passed fit
Spurs GW19 Predicted formation:
3-4-3
Spurs GW19 Predicted lineup:
Lloris
Dier – Romero – Lenglet
Doherty – Skipp – Hojbjerg – Sessegnon
Perisic – Kane – Son
Spurs Injury/PC News
Kulusevski was ruled out of the game against Aston Villa with a slight muscle injury and he will have a scan on the problem on Monday, with Spurs boss Antonio Conte hopeful that he will only miss the match against Unai Emery’s team. If that was the case then that could see him back in action in midweek for the trip to Crystal Palace.
West Ham
There was a change in formation for West Ham, but ultimately the fortune remained the same as what we’ve seen from them recently. With Moyes clearly favoring the back 4, we may well see him revert back to that.
West Ham GW19 Predicted formation
4-2-3-1
West Ham GW19 Predicted lineup:
Fabianski
Coufal – Aguerd – Dawson – Cresswell
Rice – Soucek
Bowen – Paqueta – Benrahma
Scamacca
West Ham PC/Injury Updates:
We’re really struggling to score and we’re now, at times, maybe opening up a little bit which is giving opposition chances to score. We’ve got to try and get the balance right between it.
I would say to the supporters that they’ve got a really good team and we’ve got some terrific players, and I think the future is good with what we’ve got. We’ve got a bit of a dogfight right now that we’ve got to stay away from.
Moyes on playing 3-4-3 against Brentford
Wolves
We saw the expected changes from Wolves as Nunes came in for Hodges. That’ll probably remain the case for GW19. There’s no reason for changes to be made anywhere else.
Wolves GW19 Predicted formation:
4-3-3
Wolves GW19 Predicted lineup:
Sa
Semedo – Kilman – Collins – Bueno
Neves – Moutinho – Nunes
Hwang – Costa – Podence
