It’s here lads, yet another game week and with the table starting to shape up, here are our Fantasy Premier league Captain picks for this weekend.
CAPTAIN PICKS:
1.Raul Jimenez vs Aston Villa
2.Tammy Abraham vs Crystal Palace
3.Jamie Vardy vs Arsenal
4.Antony Martial vs Brighton
5.Callum Wilson vs Newcastle
1.Tammy Abraham
This Young English starlet has had a stellar start to the season by wowing many fans as well as critics and has made the strikers spot his own. He is well trusted by his manager Frank Lampard and Chelsea are having a great run. Tammy is the joint second-highest scorer with Aguero at 9 goals and just 1 behind Vardy and has had 2 assists as well. He is also the highest owned player in the game with a whopping 48.5% of managers owning him. Crystal Palace has a good defense but expects Chelsea to score at least 1 and definitely expect this man to be among the goals and points this week in Fantasy premier league.
2. Jamie Vardy
This man has been over performing considering the expectations on him this season. He has vastly overscored his Expected goals ratio that was predicted and is continuing to be among the goals for Leicester and has been very crucial in them being in the 3rd place now. They are second behind Man City in terms of goals scored and it is a very good number. Though they face Arsenal, expect Vardy to be a trouble to the already struggling Arsenal defense and midfield and Leicester have enough attacking power to overcome Arsenal. It will be a very good fixture with potentially a lot of goals and fantasy premier league points.
3. Raul Jimenez
Wolves face Aston Villa at home and are starting to pick up form with a not so impressive start to the season. Jimenez has scored 4 and assisted 2 and also on penalties meaning he is a must-own asset in Fantasy premier league. Aston Villa has 18 goals till now and hasn’t been strong defensively. this provides Wolves attack with a good chance to use that to their advantage.
4. Anthony Martial
The Frenchman has had 3 goals and 1 assist from 5 starts this season and United are visibly better in attack with martial playing centrally. Under fire manager, Ole Gunnar Solkjaer is constantly looking to improve his squad and the seemingly easy run of fixtures approaching them will be a good chance for Martial to capitalize on. He’s also a good differential option with just 6.5% of Fantasy premier league managers owning him
5.Callum Wilson
Callum Wilson has not returned in 3 games now but Bournemouth has been lively in attack. They face Newcastle away from home and will try to get a good win. There is a good chance Wilson will be involved in any goals that his team scores and is also a good differential option
