Sleeper Draft Fantasy GW4- Best Punts and Hidden Gems

Eddie Nketiah

Nketiah is expected to start against Leicester in GW4 & is an excellent option to consider. The fixtures are also good in the short term & with Eze creating chances behind, Nketiah is a solid option.

Glasner on Nketiah: “Yes, he’s ready to start. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have spent about £25 million. We don’t spend £25 million for a player to be on the bench. He can play different positions – he’s very smart. He is a different profile to Jean-Philippe.”

Verbruggen

Verbruggen is still very low owned/rostered mainly because of the fact that he missed the first 2 games due to injury. But he is now fully fit and played GW3 as well vs Arsenal. Verbruggen had a good game and made 6 saves as well. Two Home games vs Ipswich and Forest in the upcoming 2 games makes him a really good pick.

There is also no need to worry about GK rotation at Brighton like last season. New boss Hurzeler confirmed he will have a No.1 Goalkeeper and that will be Verbruggen right now.

Dominic Calvert Lewin

In the heart-breaking 3-2 Defeat vs Bournemouth, the only good sign for the Toffees was the return to form of their main man- Dominic Calvert Lewin. DCL was involved in both the goals- Scored one and Assisted the other one for Keane. His underlying numbers were also good in GW3- 2 Shots inside the box, 2 Big Chances, 0.71 xGI and 1 Big Chance Created.

After playing Villa in GW4, Everton play all the 3 Promoted sides within the next 6 games. Their next 6 games after Villa are : LEI(A), CRY(H), NEW(H), IPS(A), FUL(H), SOU(A). So getting him in a week early(before he is in demand next week) can be a master-stroke in the longer run even though Everton have Villa this week where he can benched.

Kilman

West Ham have managed to keep one clean sheet(vs Palace) from the first 3 games. The other two games were against Villa and Manchester City- Games in which you don’t expect clean sheets. However, West Ham now head into a better run of fixtures with Fulham(A), Chelsea(H), Brentford(A), and Ipswich(H) where you can expect more clean sheets. Kilman also carries decent attacking threat with 2 Shots inside the box, 1 Big chance, and 3 Chances created from the first 3 games.

If you are looking for even more Hidden gems/Low rostered picks- Fullbacks Emerson and Wan-Bissakka are also good shouts!

Amad

Man United had a really poor game against Liverpool just before the international break, but GW4 offers a new opportunity for the Red Devils as they face Southampton whose xGC of 5.3 is the 4th worst in the League so far. Saints have also conceded 13 big chances which is the joint worst in the league as well. The fixtures look decent in the longer run for Man United & Amad could be a great addition to your draft team.

Barnes

Barnes looks to nailed the RW spot having scored a goal vs Spurs in his first start of the season which was following an assist vs Bournemouth after coming in as a sub. Wolves have not had a good defensive start to the season with 48 shots conceded, 35 in the Box, and 19 on target which makes Barnes a good pick for GW6.

Szoboszlai

Harvey Eliott’s injury means Szoboszlai is nailed on to start as the number 10 and a home game against Nottingham Forest makes Szoboszlai a great option to consider in your draft teams. He was unlucky not to score in the first three games of the season & would be looking to add to his two assists so far this season.
