FPL GW19 Scout Picks

FPL GW19 Scout Picks- Goalkeeper

Kepa is now the first-choice goalkeeper and has a double gameweek coming up. Even though a clean sheet in the first game of the double against Man City is unlikely, he’s capable of getting save points.

Kepa in 7 games he has fully played this season:

• FPL Points- 41
• Clean Sheets- 4
• Saves- 29
• Bonus Points- 5

FPL GW19 Scout Picks- Defenders

Cucurella is another Chelsea defensive asset who is guaranteed to start both the games in GW19 and is a decent asset at just £5.2 million. He’s playing as a LB in the absence of Chilwell and could offer potential attacking returns as well in GW19, so far this season he has 2 assists from an xA of 1.12.

Luke Shaw(£4.9 million) has been a brilliant asset since the restart registering back-to-back clean sheets with 5 bonus points in two games. Bournemouth are poor away from home and have the second lowest xG away from home(7.63) with only Forest doing worse than the cherries.

Tim Ream(£4.5 million) scored a goal in GW17 and is a decent shout from the Fulham defence, he’s also the highest-scoring Fulham defender(47 points). Fulham have the most goals from corners(10) and are good aerially. Chelsea have conceded 27 shots from headers since GW9(6th worst in the league). Alternatively, Tete is also a good option, he has 4 assists so far this season including one in GW18!

FPL GW19 Scout Picks- Midfielders

Andreas Pereira(£4.6 Million) picked up his 6th assist of the season in GW18 against Southampton and offers great value, so far this season he has created 41 chances with only KDB(56) and Tripper(44) creating more chances.

Mo Salah was unlucky not to return against Leicester and looks refreshed since the restart, he’ll be looking once again to be on the score sheet as Liverpool look to make 3 wins in a row since the league resumed.

Marcus Rashford is in sensational form having scored his 6th goal of the season against Wolves. He’s up against Bournemouth in GW19, the cherries have not kept a clean sheet away from home and have conceded the most goals(26) on the road. Bournemouth have also conceded 71 chances from the left wing(2nd most amongst all teams), where Rashford plays which makes it an exciting matchup.

Mount wraps our midfield selection for FPL GW19, a double gameweek makes Mount a good option to consider. He’s a fairly safe option to consider from the Chelsea attack which is not the case for the other Chelsea attackers.

FPL GW19 Scout Picks- Forwards

Mitrovic is a great option to consider even though there is a risk of suspension as the Fulham forward is on 4 yellow cards. He has scored 10 goals already so far this season, Leicester have been struggling with defensive injuries and Mitrovic should have decent goal-scoring opportunities. Fulham are also creating a lot of good chances for Mitrovic this season, he has had 15/33 of Fulham’s big chances.

Mitrovic also has a great aerial matchup against Chelsea, the Fulham forward has had the most headed attempts on goal(27) amongst all players and 2nd most headed goals(4).

Chelsea have conceded 27 shots from headers since GW9(6th worst in the league).

Kane blanked in a disappointing defeat against Aston Villa, but Spurs will look to bounce back against Crystal Palace in GW19 as the battle for the top 4 is heating up.

Haaland wraps up the scout picks, Man City drew with Everton and will look to bounce back strongly against Chelsea.
