Kane is our first pick for captain for FPL Gameweek 19. The Spurs captain takes on Brighton this week at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Harry Kane has scored 9 goals thus far this season. The North London club put in a disappointing performance on Sunday against their arch rivals Chelsea. Jose and his men will be looking to bounce back from that defeat in style and Brighton may just turn out be the perfect opponent.

Tammy Abraham vs Southampton(H), TSB: 36 %, Price:7.9
Chelsea produced one of the best displays of the season on Sunday at Tottenham and will look to continue the momentum at home against Southampton. Tammy Abraham will once again be the key if Chelsea are to pick up a win on Thursday. Saints have the joint worst defense in the Premier League this season. They have conceded 37 goals in 18 games, which is more than 2 a game. Staggering!

Richarlison vs Burnely(H), TSB: 9.9 %, Price: 7.9
Everton have a new manager at the helm for the visit of Burnley. Carlo Ancelloti would want to get off to a winning start to his career. The Italian has promised that he will play attractive football, which means great news for FPL managers. Richarlison is the best option for managers from Everton. The Brazilian has been in very good form off late, he has scored 3 goals in the last 5 matches.
Jamie Vardy vs Liverpool(H), TSB: 51.4%, Price: 10.1
Having Vardy on this list has just become a norm these days. Vardy’s consistency has absolutely staggering to say the least. The English striker has returned points in the last 10 gameweeks. Even though Leicester take on Liverpool this matchday, Vardy still is a viable option as captain for FPL Gameweek 19. Liverpool have kept just 4 clean sheets this season, and their high line will be perfect for Vardy to prey upon.
Stat Attack:
- Vardy has scored 7 goals in his career against the Merseyside club in his career. Only against Arsenal has he scored more goals.
Teemu Pukki vs Aston Villa(A), TSB: 17.1 %, Price: 6.6
Pukki is our left-field pick for captain for FPL Gameweek 19. The Finnish forward takes on a hapless Aston Villa, who are in turmoil. Tyrone Mings’ injury has meant that Villa have become far too open defensively, which was exploited on Saturday by Saints and Ings in particular. Pukki himself will be looking to make amends for missing several big chances against Wolves in Matchday 18. He has recorded 22 points in his last 3 away games and it wouldn’t be a surprise at all if he scores big in FPL Gameweek 19.
