Complete & Detailed Review of Fantasy Football Hub | FFHUB

Fantasy Football has been constantly growing and has become increasingly competitive. Fantasy Premier League(FPL), One of the most popular fantasy football games in the world crossed 11 Million registered users last season. In fact, FPL had only 76K registrations in 2002/03 when the game was first launched. Now with FPL growing rapidly there is fierce competition amongst fantasy football managers, mainly due to the increased availability of quality content, tools, data, and analysis on external fantasy football-specific websites. In this blog, we’ll be reviewing one such website Fantasy Football Hub, We’ll deep dive into all the features and benefits that FFHUB offers for managers ahead of the 2024/25 season and offer our rating.

Link to all our 2024/25 Pre-Season articles including all team pre-season friendly updates, team previews, fixture analysis, position-wise analysis, differentials, players to target, budget enablers and more. Completely free to access as well!

Fantasy Football Hub Features Review

There are three plans on Fantasy Football Hub namely Starter, Pro, and Ultra. Depending on the plan you’ll have access to various tools, content, and community features. We’ll review all the features on FFHUB and state on which plan the particular feature is available. At the end of the review, we’ll also share our thoughts on the best value plan on Fantasy Football Hub for the 2024/25 season.

FFHUB My Team Features

Fantasy Football Hub offers quite a few handy features, specifically for your team that help you quickly plan your team ahead of a deadline. Let’s have a look at them below!

AI Transfer Suggestions & Team Rating for your Team

Artificial intelligence is everywhere and it has made its way to FPL as well through the AI Team rating and transfer suggestion available on FFHUB.

In a single click, you’ll be able to see your team rating, gameweek rating, and overall predicted points for the gameweek. You’ll also individually see the predicted points for each player for the particular gameweek and upcoming gameweeks. The tool also allows you to navigate to future gameweeks and see how your team could potentially perform.

For a limited time, you can also upload your FPL draft and try it out for free using the below link. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to get your team rated for free!

For the 24/25 FPL season you can simply upload your FPL screenshot & your team will be auto-imported & rated by the FFHUB AI Team Rating tool!

The AI transfer suggestions also shows potential transfer suggestions along with their predicted points. This is especially handy when you don’t have time to make transfer decisions ahead of a gameweek deadline.

Available on: Starter, Pro, and Ultra tiers

AI Team of the Week

The FFHUB tool also has an AI team of the week which is the best possible team for that particular gameweek. You can compare the AI team of the week with your own team to see how much of a difference exists between the two teams and this also allows you to unearth some one-week punts/differentials as well!

Available on: Starter, Pro, and Ultra tiers

Team and Chip Planning

FFHUB also has optimal wildcard and free hit teams for a particular gameweek to help you plan your chip properly. You can also compare your own WC/FH draft with the ideal draft to see the difference and optimize your team better!

Available on: Starter, Pro, and Ultra tiers

FPL Live Rank, Match Centre & Price Changes

Once the 2023/24 FPL Season starts you can also track your live rank, follow matches and have a look at potential price changes on FFHUB my team. Here’s the match centre from GW38 of last season below!

Fantasy Football Hub Features Review - Match Summary

FFHUB Stats Tools

  1. Fixture Ticker

The fixture ticker/FDR is a very important tool for FPL managers that will help you plan ahead for the upcoming gameweeks. Unfortunately, the FDR on the FPL website is not as effective as it should be ideally, However, the FDR on FFHUB is detailed, customizable, and easy to read.

You can play around with the Fantasy Football Hub FDR and sort it based on attack rank, defensive rank, and overall rank for the period of gameweek that you choose. Additionally, you can also filter by only one team or a select few teams. This helps you plan ahead and also identify teams and players with great fixture runs before the assets from these teams become template options in FPL.

Available on: Pro and Ultra tiers

  1. OPTA Stats:

Team and player stats are really important in FPL and helps you to back your transfer plans. FFHUB have a wide variety of OPTA stats including team and player stats. We heavily use the FFHUB Opta stats tool for data on our blogs and one of the main reasons is that the UI is clean and easy to use.

All data including big chances, big chances created, header attempts conceded, chances conceded zones(Teams), xG, xA, xGI, xGC and more are all available in one click.

Additionally, you can also find previous season data starting from the 2018/19 season!

Available on: Pro and Ultra tiers

  1. Opta Player Comparison Tool

Getting the 50/50 calls is very important in doing well in FPL and often you are faced with the dilemma of whom to choose between two players.

FFHUB helps you with that through their OPTA Player Comparison Tool which enables you to compare two players based on heatmap, fixtures, stats, and radar chats. The radar chart is particularly very helpful in accessing a particular player’s ability to score goals or produce assists.

From the above example, we can easily understand that Saka has more touches in the box, shots often in the box, and has slightly more big chances than Odegaard. Odegaard meanwhile is far superior to Saka in terms of chances/big chances created.

Available on: Pro and Ultra tiers

  • Predicted Points

Predicting how many points a particular player will score in the upcoming gameweek is always a tricky thing to do. But the FFHUB prediction model does a good job in terms of points prediction, the model takes into various factors to determine a player’s predicted point for the upcoming gameweek or even the next few gameweeks together.

The model also shows goal scoring, assists, and Clean sheet odds which are helpful and handy when it comes to making FPL decisions like who to start and who to bench, choosing a defender or an attacker for a particular gameweek, which player to captain, etc

Available on: Pro and Ultra tiers

FFHUB Planners:

  • Ben Crellin’s Planner

Ben Crellin’s planner is one of the most important and useful tools that will help you in your FPL season. The planner enables you to have a full overview of the upcoming fixtures including potential double gameweek and blank gameweeks for the players in your squad. Not just that you can make potential transfer moves and see how your squad will look and the prices on the sheet are auto-updated.

Using the planner certainly gives you an edge over nonengaged managers as you can plan ahead clearly.
