14-time Champions Real Madrid lock horns with the Champions of the 2020-21 season, Chelsea, in what promises to be an interesting tie! Chelsea have been in poor form of late, especially in the league where they’ve only won 4 of their last 22 matches… Managerial changes & that, Chelsea seem to be looking out of sorts atm. On the other hand, Los Blancos have been piling in the goals & despite not being consistent enough in the league this season, they’ve looked a totally different outfit in the biggest club cup competition in the world.

This is the toughest to call out of all the 4 quarter final clashes… Both defenses aren’t water tight so I expect quite a few goals in this tie. It will be close, both are very strong at home. Bayern might have a slight edge because they play at their home in the 2nd Leg. Could go to pens you know… 👀

⚽ SL BENFICA VS INTER MILAN ⚽

🥊 PREVIEW:

Benfica have been in sparkling form! They’ve lost some key players in the last year or so (Núñez, Enzo Fernandez, etc) but still have managed to play top class football… Coach Roger Schmidt has indeed done a remarkable job at the club! On the other hand, Inter mostly have been a 1-0, 2-1, 0-0 kinda team this season! They are quite solid at the back but just don’t seem to have that added spark in front of goal. They have a lot of quality players in the final third but seem to find it difficult to find the back of the net on a regular basis… Should be a good tie nevertheless!

Inter look like a defense first team atm but it’ll be hard to keep Benfica quiet… Benfica have already scored more than 100 goals in all competitions this season and look flawless in the final third. I expect Benfica to power their way through to the semis but also expect Inter to find the back of the next in both the legs.

🥊 PREVIEW:

Napoli have been immense this season! They for me are one of the favourites to win this year’s competition! Already miles ahead and sitting pretty at the top of the Serie A table, they look set to lift the Scudetto for the first time in 33 years! Their fellow Italian opponent, AC Milan are no pushovers whatsoever… Form has been a bit inconsistent at times but despite that they’re sitting 4th in the Serie A table atm & have beaten Napoli 4-0 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium which is “If you don’t see it, you won’t believe it” kinda thing! Another fascinating UCL QF tie to look forward to!!!

Two Italian giants going up against each other! Both in very good form… However, Osimhen’s injury is a big blow to Napoli. You’d expect Napoli to edge this contest over two legs but AC Milan might have that added mentality from the start coz they’ve won the competition 7 times! You know that too! Should be a great tie no doubt.
