- Evanilson – 1 Assist – 5 Points

Top FPL GW13 Differential Picks
Morgan Rogers – Aston Villa – £6.9 Midfielder – 7.2 % TSB

- Rogers seems to have discovered his mojo this season and over Villa’s 6 Game winning run in 7 Games, has scored 3 Goals and got 2 Assists. He has been carrying Villa from an attacking perspective so far this season and looks to be their talisman so far. Playing close to 90 minutes, taking free kicks and creating chances for fun, he seems to be an All-rounder pick for this week. His versatility seems to be another major advantage as Rogers has played as a winger, attacking midfielder and even as a second striker. During the festive congestion, these are type of players FPL Managers need.
- Rogers has so far had 8 Shots on Target, Created 4 Big Chances for his team-mates, both of which are team leading totals. Also, Villa are one of the best teams at home this season as they have only lost 1 Home game so far this season.
- Villa will face a Wolves team which is winless in 12 league games this season, conceding 27 goals in the process and keeping zero clean sheets. They have conceded the 4th most xG so far this season and 5th most Shots on Target.

Nico O’Reilly – Manchester City – £5.0 Defender – 4.6 % TSB

- Since City lost 2 back to back games in Gameweeks 2 and 3, O’Reilly has started all the games except 1 (another loss to Aston Villa). This shows the level of trust Guardiola has on the youngster. Over this period, he has scored once and bagged a couple of assists. With him getting a well deserved breather in midweek and his positional rival Ait Nouri starting, he seems destined to start this Gameweek as well.
- O’Reilly’s stats are solid with 2 Shots on Target, 8 Shots in the Box, 9 key passes and 3 big chances created. He ranks 6th best among Defenders for Shots in the Box and joint 8th best for chances craeted since Gameweek 4.
O’Reilly Stats over the last 6 Matches(Rank among Defenders):
- Shots- 9 (1st)
- xGI- 1.5 (3rd)
- Big Chances Created- 3 (2nd)
- Goal Involvements- 3 (2nd)
- FPL Points- 37 (3rd)
- City’s defensive record has been steadily improving since their first few shaky results and Pep’s team have conceded just 4 goals in their last 6 games, keeping 3 clean sheets. Also, Leeds are ranked the 2nd worst team for Goals scored in the League so far this season (11). With this defensive solidity and attacking threat, O’Reilly looks to be a popular FPL asset this Gameweek.
Leeds Away Attack Rank:
- Shots inside the box- 14th
- xG- 19th
- Big Chances- 14th
- Goals Scored- 17th

Kevin Schade – Brentford – £7.0 Midfielder – 1.4 % TSB

- Schade has slowly but surely started clicking with 3 Goals and 2 Assists this season. Remarkably he likes to perform well at home, with only 1 Assist coming away from Home against West Ham. He also would have got another assist, had Thiago converted the penalty against Brighton. He plays more minutes compared to Dango and with his trickery and speed, he earns to profit whenever Brentford counter attack (which they do quite often).
- Schade has great stats with 19 Shots in the Box, 7 Shots on Target, 4 Big Chances. He has also created 3 Big Chances and played 13 key passes for his team-mates. Schade even beats Thiago for penalty-box touches (50) this season, and he has taken all 19 of his shots from inside the area – second only to Thiago among Brentford players.
Key Stat: Only Salah, Gakpo, Mbeumo, Eze have had more Shots inside the box than Schade(19) among Midfielders this season.
- Burnley rank bottom or 2nd bottom for all defensive metrics such as Shots conceded, Shots in the Box conceded, Shots on Target conceded, Big Chances conceded and xGC. They have conceded the 3rd most Goals in the League so far this season (24). Schade had a strange habit of hauling against promoted teams last season and this fixture affords him a chance to get his 1st Double Digit Haul this season.

Matty Cash – Aston Villa – £4.6 Defender – 6.2 % TSB

- Villa actually have been having a solid defensive season so far. They have only conceded 11 Goals so far this season, which is the joint 4th best in the League. They have also kept 4 Clean Sheets. Villa are the third favourites to keep a clean sheet (42%) this Gameweek against a Wolves side which have struggled to create chances and are bottom of the league. They have scored the fewest goals (7) and also have the fifth worst xG (11.64).
- Cash is Villa’s most attacking defender and he has already scored 2 Goals this season. His stats are solid too with 5 Shots on Target and playing 10 key passes for his team-mates. He plays 90 minutes more regularly compared to Digne on the other wing. This week’s combination of good clean sheet chances and coupled with Cash’s attacking stats makes him a solid FPL option.
Key Stat: Cash is ranked among 2nd among Defenders for Shots over the last 6 games.

Phil Foden – Manchester City – £8.0 Midfielder – 5.0 % TSB

- Similar to O’Reilly, Foden has also kept his place in the team since the back to back defeats for City in Gameweek 3 and 4. Foden, compared to Doku and Cherki has the advantage of playing 90 minutes most weeks. He was also handed a breather in Midweek and looks good to start against Leeds.
- Foden’s stats are okay as he had 3 Shots on Target, 10 Shots in the Box and created 22 chances for his team-mates and 2 Big Chances. Capable of huge hauls, Foden will face a Leeds team who are low on confidence and have conceded the 3rd most Goals in the League (15) away from home. They have also conceded the 4th most xG away from home.
Key Stat: Over the last 8 Matches, No Player has created more chances than Phil Foden(20) in Premier League.

Ultra Differential Pick for FPL GW13 (Under 1 % Ownership)
Sepp Van Den Berg – Brentford – £4.5 Defender – 0.7 % TSB

- Brentford face Burnley at home in FPL GW13, which is about as good a fixture as you can get defensively. Burnley are one of the worst sides in the division, ranking 14th for goals scored and 19th for xG, and look to be going backwards after a decent start to the season.
- Van Den Berg has got Defcon points in 6 of the 12 Gameweeks and averages 9 Defcon per 90 minutes. People actually feel that Collins is a bigger goal in the Brentford but this season, Van Den Berg has outperformed Collins for Shots on Target (4 to 3), Shots in the Box (8 to 6), Big Chances (3 to 1) and xG (1.75 to 0.37). Stats would point to a Van Den Berg goal coming soon. Why not take the chance this Gameweek??
That’s it for Gameweek 13. We will be back with 6 More Differentials next Gameweek where we will be hoping to get some positive returns from our current selected Differentials for Gameweek 13.
