- James Rodriguez (MID-$6.5m- Colombia): The Golden Boot winner of World Cup 2014 is another star from Colombia with 3 goals & 7 assists during the qualifications.
- Enner Valencia (FWD-$5.9m-Ecuador): The 36-year-old striker with the record of 6 goals & 2 assists helped his team to qualify as the second-best team of South America, after Argentina.
- Julian Alvarez (FWD-$8.6m-Argentina): 4 goals and 3 assists for the Argentinian young star as one of the shining stars of the previous World Cup.
- Raphinha (MID-$8.2m-Brazil): The record of 5 goals & 2 assists puts him as the best Brazilian player during the qualifications in terms of goal involvement.
- Darwin Nunez (FWD-$7.5m-Uruguay): The best performance among Uruguayan attackers belongs to him with 5 goals & 2 assists in qualification matches.
- Lautaro Martinez (FWD-$8.8m-Argentina): Despite not having many minutes, he still had 5 goal involvements (4 goals & 1 assist) for Argentina.
