Erling Haaland tops the captaincy poll this week with a resounding 54% of the votes against Arsenal (H) and Burnley (A). Teammate Semenyo is second with 18% of the votes. Cole Palmer is third in the captaincy poll this week with 6% of the votes. His teammate Joao Pedro is 4th as they face Manchester United (H) and Brighton (A). Finally, DCL rounds up the captaincy picks for GW33, as he welcomes Wolves at home and travels to Bournemouth (A).

Joao Pedro tops the table with 17 shots in the box, 8 Big chances, and an xG of 4.84 in the last six games.
DCL is 2nd with an xG of 3.65 in the last six games. He’s also had 6 big chances and 17 shots inside the box.
Haaland is 3rd with an xG of 2.66 in the last six games. He’s had 5 big chances and has had 15 shots inside the box.
Semenyo stands 4th with an xG of 2.37, managing 10 shots inside the box and 4 big chances in total.

We will use DraftHound’s odds for a Team scoring at least one goal in the Gameweek and the Odds of scoring more than 2.0 goals in the Gameweek as a whole.
Manchester City have 99%% odds to get at least one goal and 71% odds to get 2 or more Goals in DGW33.
Leeds United are third with 93% odds to get at least one goal and 27% odds to get 2 or more Goals in DGW33.
Finally, Chelsea are last with 87% odds to get at least one goal and 20% odds to get 2 or more Goals in DGW33 as they face tricky fixtures in Manchester United (H) and Brighton (A).

Projections Rank of our FPL Gameweek 33 Captain Picks
In the fourth phase of the article, I used the Anytime Returns and Projected Points tools available at Fantasy Football Hub. With the help of the Anytime Returns Tool, I have derived the Safety Rank, which helps in determining the Safest Captaincy Option of the week, while I have used the Projected Points Tool to determine the Explosion Rank, which helps in determining the Most Explosive Option of the week.
Erlling Haaland is first with an anytime returns projection of 90% and a 15.4 points projection in FPL Gameweek 33 vs Arsenal (H) and Burnley (A).
All the others – Semenyo, Palmer, Joao Pedro and DCL come second, as they are very close to each other in terms of anytime returns projections and points projections. It is closer than a coin-toss between all 4 as cann be seen in the table.
