Welcome to this week’s Transfer Targets blog, where we look at a few players to target ahead of FPL GW35. With the season coming to an end soon, it is these transfers that will help you win your mini-leagues and beat your rivals. The transfer targets are players who have a good fixture coming up this week and can be expected to deliver those important points based on their form, it also has a watchlist section, which has a few players you should consider bringing in over the next few weeks and should keep an eye on.

FPL GW35 Transfer Targets
Rayan Cherki – £6.5 – 12.1%
Starting off the list with a player who has been in such great form that the 12.1% ownership almost feels fake, and this is despite 240k players bringing him in this gameweek (highest among all players at the time of writing). Cherki has been clutch for Manchester City in the last few gameweeks, and with the title race heating up, creative responsibilities will fall on his shoulders.

Cherki has had an amazing first season in the Premier League, scoring 4 goals and giving 11 assists in just 17 starts. He also comes into this gameweek in very good form, helping City stay unbeaten in the last 11 games, and ranks high in many key metrics in the last 5 gameweeks (rank among midfielders):
- 15 Shots (1st)
- 12 Shots in the Box (1st)
- 2.5 xGi (5th)
- 3 Goal Involvements (Joint 4th)
- 14 Key Passes (3rd)
- 3 Big Chances Created (4th)
- 4 Bonus Points (3rd)

Manchester City also double in Gameweek 36, playing Brentford (H) and Crystal Palace (H) after playing Everton (A) this week. Following this, they will end the season with Bournemouth (A) and Aston Villa (H). Just 12.1% ownership and a double, Cherki should be in your teams already!

Noah Okafor – £5.6m – 2.4%
With 4 goal contributions in the last 5 gameweeks, Okafor comes in 2nd in the FPL GW34 transfer targets list. With an ownership of less than 3% and a price tag of under 6, Okafor ticks all the correct boxes and should be in your teams for the rest of the season. (He does have an injury caution, but it does not seem too serious, and he should be fit to play)

While Leeds have reached the magical number of 40 points this season (which more or less guarantees safety from relegation), they still have a lot to play for and will look to finish as high up as possible. Good news for them that they have a good run of fixtures to end the season with them playing Burnley (H), Tottenham (A), Brighton (H), and West Ham (A).

Okafor will look to take advantage of these fixtures and will look to continue performing the way he has over the past 5 gameweeks:
- 5 Shots on Target (2nd Most among midfielders) – he is an accurate shooter!
- 4 Goal Involvements (Joint 3rd)
- 6 Bonus Points (2nd)
- 32 Points (4th)
With 7 goals and 3 assists already this season in just 18 starts, can Okafor finish the season strong?
Ollie Watkins – £6.7m – 15.8%
The last player on the FPL GW35 Transfer Targets list is Aston Villa’s ace, Ollie Watkins. With 11 Goals and 3 assists this season in 30 starts, sometimes Watkins has not looked at his best, but with Villa looking to finish in one of the European spots, he will be a key player.

Aston Villa are still in Europe and play Nottingham Forest in the Europa League semi-final soon. Rotation could be expected, but expect Ollie Watkins to keep his place in the eleven. He also comes into this gameweek in good form, scoring high in most metrics (Since GW31):
- 29 Points (3rd)
- 13 Shots (3rd)
- 5 Big Chances (Joint 3rd)
- 6 Key Passes (2nd)
- 3 Big Chances Created (2nd)
4 goal involvements in the last 5 gameweeks and a home game against Tottenham in GW35, should put Watkins in your GW35 Transfer plans.

FPL GW35 Transfer Target Part 2: Watchlist
Daniel Muñoz – £5.8m – 8.1%
Starting the FPL GW35 Transfer Targets Part 2 is Crystal Palace’s high-flying winger, Daniel Munoz. Palace double in GW36 playing Everton (H) & Manchester City (A) after facing Bournemouth (A) in GW35 and following the double with games against Brentford (A) and Arsenal (H). While some of these are tough fixtures, Palace are still 6 points off a European spot despite a game in hand.
He scored against Liverpool in Gameweek 34 to remind the world what he is capable of in case anyone dared to forget. He has continued his attacking form from last season, scoring 4 Goals and 3 Assists in 24 starts this season. He has averaged 1.05 shots, 0.3xGI, and given out 0.88 key passes per 90, which just showcases a part of his attacking ability.

An explosive right back for just 5.8 and a double in gameweek 36, Munoz should be on your watchlist immediately.
Danny Welbeck – £6.3m – 7.7%
2nd last player on the list for this gameweek is Brighton’s veteran striker, who has shown signs of a remarkable comeback this season, Danny Welbeck. With 13 goals in just 22 starts this season, the 35-year-old has turned the clock back on his age.

He has also been in good form in the past few gameweeks, scoring 3 in his last five fixtures, which included a brace against Liverpool. He has also ranked high among other forwards in many key metrics (rank among forwards):
- 24 Points (6th)
- 12 Shots (5th)
- 5 Big Chances (Joint 3rd)
- 2.74 xG (3rd)
With games against Newcastle (A), Wolves (H), Leeds United (A), and Manchester United (H) to finish the season, more goals can be expected from Welbeck as Brighton will look to finish the season strong.

Ismaïla Sarr – £6.3m – 4.0%
Finishing this week off is Crystal Palace’s Ismaila Sarr, the crafty winger from Crystal Palace, as we look forward to Crystal Palace’s Double in Gameweek 36. A season that saw him miss games due to injuries, Sarr has still scored 7 goals and provided 2 assists in 23 starts.
With him assisting Munoz’s goal against Liverpool and scoring a brace against Tottenham in Gameweek 29, Sarr looks to be back in form just before the end leg of the season. Sarr has posted good numbers in the games that he has played this season, with him averaging 1.77 shots, 0.5 xGi, 0.77 Key Passes, and almost 4.8 points per 90.

With an ownership of less than 5%, Sarr is an excellent differential going into gameweek 36.
