Welcome to this week’s Transfer Targets and Watchlist, where we look at a few players to target ahead of GW25 and also a few players to target and keep an eye on for the upcoming Gameweeks. The list has three players, one forward, defender, and midfielder each, who are expected to perform well this week, given both form and opposition, these will be “FPL GW25 Transfer Targets”. The list also contains one forward, defender, and midfielder each who should be on your watchlist for the upcoming Gameweeks, again, a combination of form and fixtures.

FPL GW25 Transfer Targets
Enzo Fernandez – £6.8m – 21.9%
With 10 G+A this season with 14 games to go, Enzo is the second behind only Joao Pedro for most goal contributions this season with Chelsea and the first FPL GW25 Transfer Targets player on the list. He has averaged 2.10 shots, 0.41xG, 1.69 Key Passes, 0.5 Big Chances, 5.21 points and 0.37 Big Chances Created per 90 this season.
Top Midfielders for xGI this season- Enzo ranks second

In his last 5 games, Enzo has scored 3 goals and assisted 1, while also crossing the Defcon threshold once. Only Bruno Fernandes has more Goal Involvements among Midfielders during this time. He now plays Wolves (A), Leeds United (H), Burnley (A), Arsenal (A) and Aston Villa (A) in his next five games. He offers a strong captaincy against all three of his oppositions in the upcoming three game weeks & with Haaland in poor form, he’s definitely a target for captaincy.

Jarrod Bowen – £7.6 – 9.3%
With 11 goal contributions this season in 24 games, Bowen is enjoying a pretty good output despite of West Ham’s poor season. He has averaged 2.43 shots, 0.38 Big chances, 0.71 key passes, 0.13 big chances created and 4.73 points per 90 this season. In his last five games, he has scored 2 goals, given 1 assist, and crossed defcon twice!

He travels to Burnley this week, followed by games against Manchester United, Bournemouth, Liverpool and Fulham in his next five. With favorable fixtures, good form, an ownership of less than 10 and 2 wins in their last 5, Bowen looks to be set for a high scoring period.

João Pedro – £7.5m – 40.1%
Two double-digits hauls in a row has put Joao Pedro in the limelight once again. The highly owned forward has recorded 5 goal contributions in his last 3 games, where he has averaged 2.21 shots, received 1.32 big chances, 0.6 xGi, 0.88 key passes per 90.
Top Forwards for FPL Points since GW17:

A classic form of form + fixtures, Pedro plays Wolves this Gameweek followed by games against Leeds and Burnley at home and then trips to Arsenal and Aston Villa. An in-form Pedro is hard player to stop and with 14 goal contributions already this season, he is a player you should be on your list for the weeks ahead.

FPL GW25 Wishlist
Ismaïla Sarr – £6.3m – 2.2%
Despite playing just 14 games this season, Ismaila Sarr has already recorded 5 goal contributions. While Mateta staying reduces his penalty appeal, Sarr poses credible threat that should not be overlooked in the upcoming Gameweeks.

Crystal Palace play Brighton (A), Burnley (H), Wolves (H), Man United (A) & Spurs (A) in their next five, followed by Tottenham & Leeds before blank GW31. In 1192 minutes this season, he has averaged 1.74 shots, received 0.68 big chances, 0.5 xGi, 1.06 key passes and 0.23 big chances created per 90. Upon his return, he scored in his second game while recording 1.20 xGi.

Keep an eye out for him, he can be a key differential going forward.

James Tarkowski – £5.8m- 14.0%
Having crossed the DEFCON threshold 17 times this season already, Tarkowski has been a rock solid option to have in your back line through out the whole season and makes the FPL GW25 Watchlist. He has also helped Everton keep 9 clean sheets this season, while averaging 1.54 tackles, 2.38 recoveries, 7.17 clearances, 1.46 blocks and 1 interceptions (overall 11.17 CBIT) per 90. He has the second highest overall CBIT this season.
Top Defenders for DEFCON this season:

In the attacking department, he has posted some strong numbers. He has averaged 0.38 shots, 0.13 big chances involvement, 0.54 key passes and 0.38 headed attempts per 90. While almost averaging 5 points per week, Tarkowski now plays Fulham (A), Bournemouth (H), Manchester United (H), Newcastle (A) and Burnley (H) in his next five.
If you’re looking for a strong defensive asset, don’t look any further than Tarkowski!

Daniel Muñoz – £5.8m – 6.6%
Second Crystal Palace player and the last player in the FPL GW25 Transfer Targets and Wishlist of players is none other than the cult hero, Daniel Munoz. His return to playing 90 minutes again has come at the right time with Crystal Palace run of fixtures against Brighton (A), Burnley (H), Wolves (H), Manchester United (A) & Spurs (A).
In just 16 appearances this season, he has already contributed with 6 goal contributions. The attacking right-back has averaged 0.95 shots, 0.3 xGi, 0.69 key passes, 0.25 big chances created per 90 and has crossed the defcon threshold 3 times.

With a good run of fixtures and low ownership, key an eye out for him, he can a valuable player to look out for in the coming weeks!
